• Sascha (10/5): heerlijk verblijf gehad - prachtig huis, alles zeer netjes. Huis staat in een goede wijk met genoeg oplaadpunten voor elektrische auto's. wij zijn elke keer met een uber taxi naar londen gegaan. -
• Steve (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Lovely apartment in a great location - literally a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Well furnished and equipped. Comfortable, secure and lovely views of the sea, beach and town. There was a mixup with the reservation - don’t know whether it was Booking.com or the property but we arrived and were initially told we had no reservation. Situation solved in about an hour but not the start we were looking for.

• Eheta (10/5): Super séjour! - L'emplacement est super, a deux pas de la plage et de la vieille ville. L'appartement était très propre, confortable et cosy. Il dispose d'une cuisine elegante et fonctionnelle. Les lits sont confortables. Juste quelques dosettes de sucre en cas de besoin 🙂

• Christelle (9/5): - Appartement spacieux, idéal pour 4 personnes avec ses 2 salles de bains, très bonne literie, très bien équipé. Une très grande terrasse très agréable. Appartement très propre. Juste situé au dessus de la place d'Albufeira qui est très animée donc peut être bruyant à des moments.

Macchina caffè Nespresso lavastoviglie tostapane bollitore microonde etc etc Letto comodissimo Divano uguale. Un piccolo problema con il wifi ma tempestivamente risolto . Gentilissimo il personale. Terrazzo grande con tavolo e sedie per mangiare e 2 belle sdraie per rilassarsi. Vista magnifica. Che dire 10 e lode. Tornare a casa

Perfect place for a beach holiday in Albufeira Lift wasn’t working during our stay so was a bit of a trek to haul our luggage up to the 4th floor

• Eline (7/5): Es war eine tolle Zeit, ich hätte aber nicht mehr länger als eine Woche in dem Apartment bleiben können, weil die Feucht - Es war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, modern und hat eine gute Lage. Wenn man geduscht hat, war die ganze Wohnung feucht, trotz geöffnetem Fenster. Diese Feuchtigkeit ging auch durch Lüften nicht mehr weg und es roch dann auch so feucht schimmlig. Die Kleidung in meinem Schrank fühlte sich dann irgendwann auch feucht an. Ebenfalls hat es in den Duschen keine Ablageflächen was sehr unpraktisch war.

Appliances and furniture like new. - Great location - close to (minutes away from) Albufeira shops/ bars/ restaurants and beach as well as tourist train to get to other parts. Apartments very quiet - very little if any noise heard from neighbours. No issues at all. Perhaps balcony in our apartment was a little narrow but not a major issue as we were out much of the time. Still ok to put chairs and a small table out.

• Michiel (8/5): - De ligging is vlak bij het centrum can albufeira, je kan van de weg wel wat laat hebben van voorbijrijdende auto's als je een lichte slaper bent. Fijne bedden.en schoon appartement. Communicatie verloopt per berichten en dat werkt iets minder flexibel dan wanneer je een receptie hebt, bij eventuele vragen.

• Monika Kokhuis (4/5): Centraal modern lawaaiig 4e verdieping appartement met mooi uitzicht zonder lift - De centrale maar wel luidruchtige ligging. Mooi ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee en oude centrum. Het appartement is mooi ingericht maar door ligging op de 4e verdieping zonder werkende lift erg vermoeiend en teleurstellend. Doordat de lift niet werkt moesten we 13 trappen (140 treden) naar het appartement. Dat was een enorme teleurstelling. Het contact met de verhuurder kwam pas na 2 dagen tot stand nadat ik met Booking had gebeld. De lift bleef tijdens ons 5 daagse verblijf buiten werking. Ook hadden we geen sleutel van de toegang bovenaan het gebouw waardoor je niet alle trappen hoefde te nemen maar om kon lopen. Die sleutel kregen we ook pas op de laatste dag. Doordat het centraal is gelegen is er zelfs begin maart al veel lawaai uit de binnenstad tot diep in de nacht. Hierdoor kunnen de ramen niet open. Voor ons geen tweede keer dus. Het bed is hard, we hebben een topper aangeschaft en erop gelegd. Het trappenhuis is erg oud en kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Het alarmnummer van de lift werkt niet dus ook als de lift het zou doen ging ik er niet in.

• Jenny (10/5): Overlooking the ocean in luxury accommodations - The location was absolutely amazing! My upper balcony overlooked the ocean and I was right by historic old Town Albufeira, which was a lot of fun to explore. The apartment was extremely comfortable with all high-end finishes and the kitchen was beautifully appointed. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would plan to return! The one thing that wasn't fabulous was their communication about my particular needs. Oftentimes, I got no response or very little response, which was frustrating. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say.

Could provide more toilet roll as we ran low on the first night as we did stay as quite a big group. Could possibly provide a water filtration jug for the fridge.

• Monica (10/5): Semplicemente favoloso. - Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con molto gusto, moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort compresa lavatrice, allarme e cucina super accessoriata con tanto di lavastoviglie, forno e microonde. Balcone con vista. Due split per aria calda o aria condizionata. Posizione fantastica: scendi le scale mobili lì a due passi e sei in spiaggia, in centro e vicino a locali, bar, ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo sei in una strada tranquilla. Staff super gentile.

• Andreas (6/5): Meiden Sie das Erdgeschoss - Das Apartment ist sauber, nüchtern-modern und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet und hätte sich als solches eine bessere Bewertung verdient. Was leider aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor geht ist, dass sich das Apartment im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße befindet. Sprich auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick zu sitzen, bedeutet wie in einer Auslage zu sein. Die Nacht Fenster offen zu halten, eher mulmiges Gefühl. Es mag Menschen geben denen das völlig egal ist, daher wäre es nur fair darauf hinzuweisen. Leider gibt es zudem nur völlig blickdichte Vorhänge. Entweder man lässt sie offen und ist im Wohnzimmer wie in einem Schaufenster, oder zieht sie wie eine Wand zu und ist völlig abgeschottet. Dass es keinen einzigen Haken gibt und das WLAN nicht funktioniert ist da schon Nebensache. Leider wurde auf die Frage nach Kosten für ein Upgrade gar nicht reagiert. Sind frühzeitig abgereist. Schade.

• Sven Eike (10/5): ei8n traumhaftes Apartment in perfekter Lage. - Die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig ist man in drei Minuten an einem schönen Sandstrand und ebenso schnell in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der sehr schönen Apartments war herausragend, die Küche enthielt wirklich alles was man sich wünschen kann. Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub und sagen nochmal Danke an den Gastgeber. es war alles perfekt und gab keinen wie auch immer gearteten Grund zur Beschwerde. Auf Wünsche unsererseits wurde prompt und freundlich reagiert.
