- allison (6/5): Great location & facilities. Worth double checking you’re expected - Great location. Walking distance to beach & shops. Great accommodation for a multi generational stay. Well equipped kitchen The local manager wasn’t expecting us. Our contact was through the owner. Because of that the house wasn’t fully clean when we arrived. There were workmen’s tools & clothing lying about. It was also freezing & the hot tub wasn’t filled. The local manager was very helpful & we felt sorry for him. He finished the cleaning , tidied up & filled the hot tub.,He said that usually the heating is out on the day before guests arrive & the hot tub filled ready. I complained to the host as effectively we lost 24 hours of hot tub use & warmth! He refunded me £100 which he said was the maximum allowed. I feel that wasn’t enough ..
- Kara (8/5): Great family house - This house was so great for our large family who was visiting family, the location to town was perfect and was great for 2 young children without having to pack the car up with highchair, stairgate and cot. The communication with the hosts was great and the digital guidebook was perfect for reading through and checking. The size of the house was brilliant to give us all enough space, which is hard to find! The little touches such as biscuits and milk on arrival and music system, made it so easy to just settle in for a few days and the hot tub was a great treat after the children went to bed! We really look forward to our next stay and so pleased we found it.
