Eszter (8/5): - A foglálás ügyintézése során mindenki kedves, segítőkész. A szállás szép tisztaság is megfelelő. Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a medencéhez, Balatonparthoz. Kisgyerekekkel szuper. A konyha felszereltsége nem legjobb ha főzni is szeretnénk benne. Egy vízforraló is jó lenne. Az egyetlen igazi negatívum a két kanapéágy. Az egy dolog, hogy szét akarnak esni, annyira rozogák, de nyitott állapotban nincsenek síkban, így aludni is képtelenség rajtuk. Elég olcsón lehet már kinyithatós kanapékhoz jutni - szerintem ez a befektetés szükséges lenne.
Éva (8/5): - A part közelsége és a terasz. Talán fel lehetne kicsit újítani az apartmant, konyha felszereltsége.
Zsofia (9/5): A szállás tökéletes helyen van, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman! - A Szàllàs tiszta volt, az éjjeliszekrények mögött is! a konyha elég jól felszerelt volt. Ami mindent vitt az a kilátás. A konyhából is látod a Balatont. Csodás. Az egész komplexum folyamatosan gondozás alatt volt, a fű nyírva volt a medence mindig makulátlanul tiszta volt a Balaton-part is rendezett és tiszta. A többi vendég nagyon kultúrált volt ami a kikapcsolódáshoz nagyban hozzájárult. Nem kellett senki miatt bosszankodni. A bejelentkezés és kijelentkezés nagyon gördülékenyen ment, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A parkolás a zárt komplexumon belül van, ami szintén szuper. Egészen biztos, hogy nem utoljára voltunk itt….:-) Kicsit javítani, cserélni kellene egy két dolgot az apartmanban. A szúnyogháló a teraszajtón el volt szakadva, nem is kicsit. Mi szerencsések voltunk, mert nem voltak szúnyogok. A teraszajtóról a fogóka le volt törve, így is lehetett használni az ajtót, nem zavart minket, de ezért jobb ha nem belökni kell az ajtót. A kanapéágy a nappaliban amin a gyerekek aludtak iszonyúan nyikorgott, nem kicsit, hanem nagyon. Ez volt a leges legzavaróbb, mert többször felébredtem a nyikorgásra. De ennyi, ezen kívűl minden szuper volt!
