- Rajarshi (8/5): Good property in Digha - Quite a premium property by Digha standards, good view of the surroundings from one of the pool-view rooms, comfortable beds and a clean pool. The breakfast options were plenty. 1. While at the pool, there was an invasion of monkeys. 2. Service at the restaurant was slightly slow at lunch.

- Bipul (1/5): Horrific stay with exceptional staff and great location. - The staff was really friendly and the Location was great! The rooms were in an absolute horrofic condition. We were asking for another room and the receptionist promised us a new room the next day but didn’t held his promise. The towels and toilets were dirty and old in one room the wall of the bathroom was leaking which is why the water flooded parts of the room. The issue with this room was fixed the next day. People without suitable swim wear were allowed in the pool but our people were denied. All in all it was a terrible stay but the staff was really nice and friendly and the location is great.

I didn’t like the attitude of some of the staffs of the palace. Felt uneasy while interacting with them. Vigilance over the guests looked like police tracing thieves.

- Avik (9/5): Reception horror - Overall a nice property to stay, no complaints about service and overall look and feel of the place The reception is a horror. They have a lot of attitude. I was denied early check-in although rooms were available. They asked for Rs 2000 for early check-in. We were made to wait for 5 hours from 4:30 am. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but never faced this harassment. I would recommend the hotel to write somewhere that they will charge for early check-in

Forced us to pay in cash , even though they advertised they accept all the credit cards . we were travelling from the uk and they took advantage of us being tourist. We had not pleasant experience with this hotel . There are so many hidden charges and taxes, it’s alarming so do the homework . Hotel located far from the beach , at night time the area is not safe there are so many street dogs and strange behaviours people around which is extremely dangerous . If you are not travelling with your own car like us As being tourist you will face several issues, as there is no uber or public transportation widely available. The swimming pool we have found filthy the water was smelly.
