• Maxime (3/5): Payez 10£ de plus et prenez un logement en meilleur état. - La localisation est bonne, à moins de 10 minutes de marche du métro pour accéder au centre de Londres en une bonne demi-heure. L'accès est autonome. Il est excessivement compliqué de se garer dans le quartier, avec des règles de stationnement que des non-londoniens ne peuvent que difficilement comprendre. Tout le bâtiment semble fragile, les portes sont vacillantes, et le mobilier élémentaire. Les sanitaires partagées sont mal insonorisées et ne donnent pas du tout envie... L'état de propreté des chambres est le vrai point noir : araignées mortes par terre, sol poisseux, gondolé ou brûlé par endroit, odeur de cigarette épouvantable. Mes vêtements sentent encore après une journée... Nous n'avons pas apprécié notre nuit. La chambre a beau ne pas être chère, l'état général est à la limite de la décence.

Contacted manager on Booking.com it was 11pm at night and had to find a hotel to stay. Despite numerous requests the manager has not refunded me the cost of the accommodation I could.not use.

Il manquait une table avec des chaises ou bien le petit sofa avec la table comme on peut le voir sur la photo. On ne pouvait pas poser nos affaires personnels sur un support, obligés de les mettre au sol..

El amfitrion nos facilito mucho la llegada fuera del horario establecido. El baño estaba sucio y la habitación fria. La cama muy incomoda con cogines exageradamente finos como almohadas. El nòrdica era pequeño para cama de matrimonio y estuvimos toda la noche destapandonos.

Hat leider in der zweiten Nacht sehr gestunken im Zimmer. Die Betten waren etwas hart und das Badezimmer nicht ganz sauber und ständig nass. Außerdem finde ich 1 Waschbecken für die Zimmer zu wenig.

• bernd (4/5): - Der Raum riecht unangenehm, Das Bett ist eine Matratze auf einem Brett. Die Dusche läuft nicht ab und das Bad ist sehr dreckig. Es stehen auch alte Shampooflaschen herum Das Bad und die Toilette ist gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen. Der Boden im Haus macht überall starke Geräusche, sodass man nachts von anderen Bewohnern wach wird.

• PHILIP (5/5): You are essentially booking a room in a shared house. Nothing wrong with that but just manage your expectations - It was a bed to sleep for the night on the cheap. Nothing more nothing less. Bed was like a rock… I’d be surprised if there was even a mattress on it.

I stayed one night and had a really comfortable stay, good communication and good facilities. It felt very safe. The bathroom/showers were the only rooms that could probably do with a bit of a refresh but then again for the price I paid it's to be expected that not everything will be five star

The bed was awful and significantly damaged. Very cheap thin mattress and the damage on one side meant the mattess was unsupported creating a big dip. Very uncomfortable sleep. Inevitable competition for shared bathroom which is understandable but by the time either of us got to use the shower there was no hot water.

• Karen (7/5): Clean and comfortable - one of the best I have stayed at for that price. - Bedroom spotless, bed with crisp sheets and decent pillows. Location for my purpose is excellent. Kitchen clean. Can change radiator temperature and there is a TV and fan provided. Difficult to see the numbers on the key holder outside the property as there is no light. The shower has to be handheld as there is no wall mount, so difficult to wash big hair! Pots and Pans not pretty.

• Karen (7/5): This place works for my needs - and is good value fir monry if you want clean/easy location - Location, room size and comfortable bed. Landlord was super quick in responding when I raised a problem, all sorted very quickly. Kitchen clean and tidy but needs a but of tlc. Very limited pots/pans/plates/cups and cooking utensils - not somewhere suited to cooking meals. No holder for shower head, so washing thick long hair isn’t possible in shower cubicle.
