• Gülçin (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel was a bit intimidating—it wasn’t very central and was rather in a more remote area. It was close by car, yes, but not really walkable. Other than that, it was comfortable, and there was free street parking available

The staff initially promises before you arrive that they will make sure to provide if you need anything and once you are settled in they magically do not return your messages. So I would not recommend this accommodation.

Additionally, I had some difficulty finding the facility as there were no signs or indicators. Furthermore, while using the stairs to reach the room, I saw towels on the floor waiting to be washed, which gave an untidy appearance and made me question the cleanliness.

Staff: They were always kind and helpful whenever I asked for something. location: was great, whether you're looking for a supermarket, a cafe or any basic service to fulfill your needs you can find almost everything around you by a short walk of less than a minute or 5 minutes away. In the neighborhood, there are alleys where you can find some local restaurants, taverns and other shops and places that might be attractive for tourists and joyful to walk through. the center is 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by cab. Value for money: I think it was a good price for a new/ renovated apartment located in a central spot. The photos shared on the website are true. Noise: though it's located near a main road, if the windows are closed you can barely hear any noise (as mentioned in many reviews). Cleanliness: The apartment was clean, no complaints. bottom line, if you're looking for a comfortable, central place to spend your days for a good price, I highly recommend staying in this place. Though I give this place a high rate, there are still basic points to improve. First, the shower stall is closed by one side only, which means a lot of water might be out making the floor and other facilities very wet and hard to clean. not much of an issue to me but I think it's important to mention and fix it. Second, I had a very light blanket so in cold nights it's not enough. maybe I could ask the staff for more but I couldn't see them all the time because most of my time was spent out of the room.

It was not the cleanest when we walked in. We didn't have a bath mat, and there was no shower curtain. Which made us make a big mess in the whole apartment. We had a couple ants in the living room and bathroom. And the internet connection was really bad
• Jaroslaw (3/5): Location - great, the rest - poor? - Good location for visiting Thessaloniki, with multiple landmarks/interesting locations just a walk away. A 10 minute walk to the train station is a big plus too. The "modern" looking gaps in walls for lights serve for excellent places for mosquitoes to hide in. We had a horrible night where 2 mosquitoes disturbed our sleep and could not be caught at all. For good measure, we found an opened condom packet under one of the bedside tables. The provided pillows are too soft to sleep on, the bed seems to bend under its own weight and some basic amneties were missing.

The AC system was very convenient and gave a very flexible adjustment of the indoor climate. The bathroom only has ventilation when the lights are on, which is not nearly enough, given there are no windows. There was no mop in the room, so the bathroom was basically wet all the time. It was impossible to dry our towels somewhere. in general, the building has been renovated with cheap materials.

• Jennifer (1/5): The worst booking.com experience I’ve ever had. Do not stay here, It’s disgusting. - Huge infestation of flying ants!!! They were everywhere. On the countertop, on the bed, the floor, the walls. It was completely overtaken with ants and impossible to stay there. I have videos and pics of the nightmare. Absolutely disgusting. The owners did not respond to my messages or calls or emails when I was stuck at midnight unable to stay in the room and not knowing where to go. They did nothing to remediate the situation or even slightly make an effort to help. They have never communicated and responded to my request for a refund even after 10 days. Not one communication. What a disgrace! I had to book another room for my stay and walk at midnight through town to get to it.

Details such as bedside table lamp without a lightbulb and with a price tag still on, dirty microwave and so on made me regret booking this place, especially since last time I’ve been in Thessaloniki I’ve paid similar price for a way better apartament. I have to applaud owner’s photography skills because the place looked so much better on photos than it actually was; felt like a scam to be honest.
