• BRIGITTE (9/5): Super séjour à a Spezia - Bon accueil bien que la communication fut difficile, la personne ne parle pas le français. Bon situation de l'établissement. La proximité de la voie ferrée Les oreillers beaucoup trop dur.

Struttura molto ben pulita ed in ordine con letti accoglienti. Ho apprezzato molto che le camere venissero pulite giornalmente. Ci tornerò sicuramente e raccomando la struttura! Ringrazio tanto la proprietaria per la bellissima accoglienza! Unica pecca è la difficolta nel trovare il parcheggio ma nel periodo di Pasqua credo sia normale.

Situation idéale à quelques minutes de la gare centrale. Literie insuffisamment ferme. Réfrigérateur bruyant dans la chambre. Voyant clignotant sur le split de la climatisation très gênant la nuit. Absence de machine à café.

• Michela (10/5): Fossero tutti così ❤️ - Bellissima camera . Arredi nuovi . Letto in memory molto comodo. Aria condizionata. Camera super pulita. Nonostante il breve soggiorno di sole 3 notti ogni giorno venivano a cambiare gli asciugami e a pulire la camera con tanto di letto rifatto. Accanto alla stazione quindi comodissimo per visitare le 5 terre con il treno . Nonostante la vicinanza con i treni con le finestre chiuse non sentiva alcun rumore . Valentina e suo marito sono stati disponibilissimi a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e a supportarci durante il nostro soggiorno per quanto riguarda info ad esempio su parcheggi. Consiglio vivamente! Tutto perfetto!

We booked last minute since our VRBO accommodation cancelled on us due to their system double booking the room. We were fortunate to be able to book with Valentina via booking.com last minute. We were greeted when we arrived and were able to get in the room right away. Thank you for making our stay memorable and answering all inquiries quickly All good, no complaints

• Chaomin (10/5): A convenient and hospitable house - Even though the room locates just beside the raiway road, but there is not so much trains pass, and when the windows close, it's very quiet. The highlight is that the owner of this room has managed it into a five-star hotel, with greetings and related details information before check-in, and try to translate in the language that the customers can understand . Pay attention to details in daily cleaning, basically no unclean place can be found, and mineral water, snacks, etc. are provided every day... I will recommend this accommodation to my friends and hope to come back again in the future. If it can place a microwave oven in the hallway, it will be more perfect and make the feel like the people are living at home.

Valentyna's mum met us and gave us information about travelling to the Cinque Terre. We were allowed to check in early which was really appreciated as we were only staying one night and had limited time. We were able to walk to the ferry in 15 minutes and returned by train which was a few minutes from the accommodation. Excellent communication despite the language barriers! We had a really enjoyable stay. Very little on street parking (paid)

Our contact with the hostess went very well and when we arrived they received us in person with a lot of attention and information. There was very nice coffee, tea, sweets and every detail was there. Besides this, everything was very clean. It felt like new. Thank you so much team of Valentina Rooms. If we come back to La Spezia we will definitely come back to your accomodation.
• Nehaya (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect: it is about 7 minutes walk to La Spezia centrale, from there trains to other main cities and the cinque terre express train. The room and the shower: are super clean and very convenient. Valentyna and her mother Tanya: are super kind. it eas possible to make a very early check in, that was very considerable from both of them. Valentyna was available all the timeand gave me great tips . Definitely, will recommend it for everyone. Nothing to mention
