• Margaret (8/5): Lovely place, good location - The property was very clean and well kept We liked the little extras like the coffee machine and complementary bottle of wine The only criticism we had was there is no instructions to use any of the appliances which made it difficult to work out at times

Quiet street within walking distant to local cafe and close to town. Beautiful bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Loved our stay. The internet stopped working on the 3rd day and didn’t get fixed. We stayed for 5 days.

• colleen (8/5): It was the perfect base to get to our daughters wedding venue in Elleker but also close for shopping - Location was excellent and the views were fabulous. The house was extremely well designed and suited our group of 5 adults including 2 couples. The Managing team were very responsive when we discovered there was no house broom by dropping a new one (albeit it was an outside type) into us. Had to take care when reversing from the garage on the left side ..ie not much turning room.

Very clean and tidy Directions for keys - directions said to pick them up out front and they were round the corner near the garage so took us a bit to find them

• Helen (9/5): Stylish Stay - Superbly set up with all that you would like as a family home. The view was terrific & the layout most functional. Loved that the garage was level with house living area, with no need for using stairs. Such tasteful decor & so extremely clean. The bottle of wine welcoming us was most thoughtful. Very small fault was the wine glasses were in the high corner cupboard & set right back. My husband bought them all forward as 2 of us short & unable to reach.

• Chrystal (8/5): Nice Stay and almost a 10/10 - There is a lot to like about this property. The layout was well thought out and was very spacious. Rooms were generous in size, including the lockable garage and laundry. The kitchen and dining room faced Frenchman's Bay which was a pleasure to wake up to each morning. Being avid cooks and being there for 5 nights, we found the kitchen to be lacking. Trying to cook a meal, we required a pot, and only 2 small scanpan saucepans were available. There was a slightly larger kmart sauce pan, but unfortunately, it was not compatible with the induction cooktop, so it was useless. Also missing was a spatula for fried eggs (cooked breakfast), whisk, and serving spoon and serving dishes. The frypans have seen better days and could benefit in replacement. Also, I reached out through 3 different means with an enquiry prior to coming, and no one responded. Poor communication.

• Simone (9/5): No traffic driving by very safe - This property was so Secure. we had a locked garage to drive into at night. The presentation was immaculate the house is very spacious and the beds were superb. very well appointed has everything you would need, we stayed 3 nights . the bottle of red was very nice touch. Thank you for allowing your beautiful unit as a holiday unit . I have been staying in Albany for over 20 years and this would be in my top 4 place to stay just beautiful. again thank you Simone the only thing I could say is the lounges are very low for older people to get out of was a struggle.

• Hollings (10/5): A beautiful home overlooking the bay in a perfect location. - The location was perfect overlooking the bay and less than a kilometre from the main strip with all the shops and restaurants. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything you needed. The complimentary wine was lovely from a local winery (Denmark). The beds were so comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. If I had to say there was something I didn’t like it would have been the pillows. They were large and hard. I always take my own pillow which was lucky I did, as I wouldn’t have been able to sleep with them. I mentioned this to the owner and they will look into this. But in saying this, the beds were amazingly comfortable and had beautiful linen.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - House felt brand new and was well laid out and equipped. View was wonderful overlooking the bay. Easy walk into town and wonderful cafe for breakfast 200 metres away. To be picky the outside cladding and stairs need to be cleaned as the spider webs were very conspicuous, made an untidy appearance.

We were close to town and everything we needed was there for us. We loved our say and will definitely visit again. The communication with the host was excellent.

The open design of the house and the furnishings made the space feel so cosy and peaceful. The view from the dining table over the water is beautiful. The amenities were very convenient and the bath tub was great!

We had to call the agents when we arrived but had no vodaphone signal at the property. Bin at neighboring property (also holiday property with same agents) was over flowing with rubbish - we put it out on bin day as no one from the agency had come although they would have known there were no guests staying. Two chipped / cracked mugs need replacing
