Studio room fitted with many facilities -all working :fridge,electric kettle,coffee maker (with pods),ceramic hob (for those who want to cook),air con with remote control,TV with lots of apps (but no satellite TV programmes),cutlery etc Good location,close to the main bus station,central train station,beaches,and town center The entrance into the flat is made directly from the road,through a metallic door which has no soundproof whatsoever,therefore you can hear clearly every car/scooter passing your door.Sometime the noise is up until 2 am. Its not a main road /high street,but its a link road,so it could be some traffic sometimes. The other downside would be the flat has no proper windows-(just around the door-)but you can open the door a bit ,if you want some fresh air and more natural light.
