• Julie (10/5): Would definitely go back again - The location was peaceful and close to lots of beautiful coves and villages, the large pond was beautiful and we were able to swim in it, and the cows and Guinea foul that visited the medow were a delight to see. Nothing could have been better.

• Demelza (10/5): A beautiful, relaxing stay - An amazing stay, beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable room with everything you need. Extremely relaxing and a lovely pond to swim in or just sit and read next to. Loved having the company of the cows and the adorable cat! Thank you for the delicious cake on arrival too and the milk and tea, just what I needed after a long drive. I will definitely be back next year.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous stay for two weary cyclists. Lin went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay, even making us a vegan cream tea to have when we arrived. Sat out on the private decking in the evening looking out over the field and woodland. Very peaceful and good night's sleep. Highly recommended!
• Gail (8/5): Rural retreat - This is a lovely place to stay, felt really quiet and rural with the cows and birds keeping us company, and the lake was beautiful! Lin was very friendly and offered us helpful advice about the local area. The only comment was that it was a little chilly at night, but there were heaters and a spare duvet, we just didn't realise we'd need them the first night!
• Harvey (9/5): Tranquil rural location - Tranquil location by rural property with access to large pond, helpful hosts who welcomed us with homemade cakes. Cooking equipment limited for much self catering, couldn’t get WiFi to work and small TV.

• Kenneth (10/5): Very comfortable lodge and easy travelling to the local area including the Eden project, Landhyrock, Heligan and Fowe - The property is based on a farm very close to Bodmin. It offers peace and quiet and a real taste of Cornish countryside. We enjoyed watching the small herd of yearling cattle and the guinea fowl. A lovely walk through the field and through a woodland to a private lake was an added bonus. The lodge has excellent facilities and was clean and in excellent condition. There is a wooden terrace with patio furniture attached to catch the afternoon and evening sun. The lodge is not insulated and so can be a little chilly in the mornings and late evenings.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to stay. Very clean, everything you need.. Beautiful scenery and gorgeous walk to the lake. I can't fault this place at all. Me and my fiance like to go places for date nights and special occasions and this is one of the best places we stayed in so far. Thank you so much 😁 Can't fault this place at all.

• Karen (9/5): Lovely rural location if you like cycling and a quiet spot. - Location perfect for cycling and wild swimming in their lake. Quiet rural setting. Very friendly owners and a cake was awaiting us on arrival Perfect for our one night stay as we specifically wanted to cycle and we could cycle from the door. Very clean. Gas rings a little slow, but fine. Bed a little soft for me, but fine for short break.
• Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to Newquay, Penzance, Eden Project. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and peaceful. Great host, welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake. No issues with checking in and finding the location. The caravan was very spacious,very clean and well equipped, comfy bed. Would recommend to anyone who likes to be close to nature. It reminded me of my parents place, who live in a country side in Poland and have a small caravan as well,felt like being home. Loved everything about it.

• Gabor (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very beautiful, the lake was magical, rhere was a little boat that we could use. The garden was amazing too, well maintained. The accommodation was modern and comfortable, we could sit out for a morning tea to enjoy the tranquil nature. Several times deers visited the meadow by the house. It was unbelievable. The hosts were very friendly and kind. They made beautiful cake for us. That was really delicious. We can highly recommend this place! Thank you.
