The sea view in the morning was the best way to wake up. On another note, the staff was highly professional, multilingual and made sure everything was in order. Nothing to say here except the fact that I usually wake up late so I missed the breakfast. It would be great if they could extend the breakfast time till noon.

Finn (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the cosy feel to the hotel, as the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I felt at home. Everything was clean and stylish, there is alot of natural light in the hotel. The room was a good size with a view to the mountains, large showers. The best was the bed, so comfortable - I slept like a baby! The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the coffee. There is a sufficiently equipped gym which was great. In the summer there is a rooftop pool, which was not open now, but I would come back for that! In terms of the location, it is very close to the sea which I love. You also have easy access to alot of restaurants, paragliding, shopping in Kaslik, as well as landmark locations in the North, with the historic seaside cities of Byblos and Batroun about a 20 - 30 minute drive, and the casino and Harissa some 10 min away. You can even walk to the cable car that takes you up the mountain to the Lady of Lebanon to have a spectacular view. Beirut is about 20 minutes away, so the location is ideal. I will come back with more time to explore. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Omar (10/5): with current situation in lebanon I recommended Princess Hotel for best staying in Jounieh - Mostly the wonderful way of the communication by the hotel staff and management, especially Mrs. Azar, Mr. Fadi, the beautiful ladies in the reception , Rita and Ramla, Rami and the best shisha maker Muhannad in the restaurant service, Not to forget Housekeeping Service Mrs. Sameera and the pool that overlooks a wonderful view from the rooftop.
Fadi (5/5): I was not happy viewing I paid for a premium room and I received a substandard room. For the same price I can get a much - The room was not great viewing the price I paid for it compared to what is offered in other hotels nearby. The room AC was old and frequently stopping. The room was hot. No views! The window is behind the bed. The pictures on the website were different than what I received. The check-in agent told me all similar rooms were booked and I had no other choice.
Hanaa (10/5): Spacious rooms, clean, great location with a breathtaking view over the sea. Lovely staff. - Fantastic view, great location, very close to paragliding and cable cars and very near to Jounieh. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, Rita in the reception was really helpful and friendly. The room size is perfect and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. All was good

All the staff were polite and helpful. I had great view of beach . Breakfast was included in my package and there was more than enough to eat. Overall I rate this hotel 5 stars and would definitely book again. Tv reception poor.

Amr (4/5): Bad hotel with a good view - The executive suite view was simply amazing, the location is really good The breakfast was really made to the extent that we couldn’t continue eating and ended up having breakfast outside each day, no options at all and the food quality was bad, no coffee at all in the room and when we asked for some sachets we were told we don’t provide this service!, I got sick in the middle of our trip and the staff weren’t helpful at all, the room had small flies everywhere especially in the bathroom

It was certainly not as rundown as we have feared. We can only recommend this place for the price we paid. It is very close to the sea, but we never really found a beach we could use. The very nearby area does not really have any charm. However, if you walk for 10 minutes you will get to little more of a city. It is great with a pool, but it is a pretty small one.
Rosy (10/5): Exceptional - Rita from front desk was so hospitable and so friendly. Mohanad in Restaurant was able to cater for us any time and gave us exceptional service. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable. ❤️ Rosy The only thing I didn't like is that there was no coffee in room and you had to pay for it when ordered. But not a big deal.

Sayed (9/5): amazing stay great staff - nice place , good location mid way between Beirut and Batroun . 20 min from mountains by car , 2 mins walking to sea . staff are amazing , and excellent service . receptionist Rita an amazing girl was very helpful and welcoming . room service are really fast . the gym needs maintenance .
