• Karen (8/5): Place is very nice and neat, area seems safe as well. Stefan was a good host - Very nice area- quiet The tenants next door was a bit noisy but I was OK with that. Maybe they said the same about us. LOL
• Edward (3/5): At least 50% of the time we experienced loud construction work in the room right next to our bedroom - Construction work (hammering- jack hammer) in the room next to our bedroom- it was very load and distracting- not pleasant at all.

• Neville (10/5): GREAT COMFY STAY ! - I had a wonderful stay at the Amsterdam apartment in Cape Town. The host Stefan was just fabulous! The place was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not make use of it. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cape Town.

• Potsane (8/5): - The rooms were clean, and the owner was responsive when we had water cut. I recommend it for families and groups. No staff provided during your stay, be ready to clean and wash dishes. There is a pipe that brings the drainage smell into the house, I hope they could do something about it.

• Fourie (10/5): Home away from home - Comforable beds, great linen, close to Tygervalley and Stikland The parking allocated to this unit is not behind a gate. We were however alloated a parking behind the gate due to the guests in one of the otner units not requiring a parking space. Thank you for that.
• Sophie (9/5): - Quiet safe area, very comfortable beds. I love the outdoor lounge (even though we didn't use it as we were out most of the time) Other tenants in the adjoining unit were noisy over the weekend and kept us from sleeping. There is clearly no sound-proofing between the 2 units. The kitchen equipment is VERY basic e.g. an air fryer would be nice.
• C (6/5): Pleasant stay, quiet location - The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment is very neat and has the amenities as advertised. A door to one of the rooms would make a difference. Didn't realise this might have been an issue, but whenever someone would use the kitchen or close the bathroom door at night, you're awake.

• Casper (10/5): Peaceful and fun. - I enjoyed the separate unit. House is very attractive and secure. Area is quiet and peaceful. Host was very helpful and friendly. Toilet brush had dirty water in its holder. Dusty chairs in braai area. Small braai stand was a bit difficult to work with, but still worked well enough.

The accusation that we broke something that was already broken was not well received. The communication with Stefan via the app was non-existent. Considering the price per night we expected better quality amenities.
