• Aneela (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment, very kind & helpful host - Just back from a 5 day last minute break to Lanzarote and we loved it! Perfect location as slightly away from the mayhem of the Main Street, provisions on arrival (water bottles, wine, coffee, fruit), hair dryer & washing machine were very handy! Plus communication and advice from host Mariana was brilliant. We felt really looked after. The Old Town/Harbour area was absolutely perfect for my 12yr old & I, apartment is almost on the water with the best view imaginable! There’s a boardwalk next to apartment to the buzzing port area which is literally one minute walk away. The famous ‘Strip’ with all the bars, restaurants, shops etc is just 10 min stroll away. There is a small Unide supermarket 30 secs away, and a larger Spa 3 mins walk. Very handy. Balcony was so nice too and there’s a huge Smart TV (which we didn’t use but nice it was there). And thank you to Mariana for your thoughtfulness towards my daughter :-)) Not much to dislike to be fair, it’s a fantastic apartment all round. The only niggles are the hard mattresses on the two single beds with very creaky frame every time I moved, so I didn’t sleep great (my daughter had the very comfy double bed!) And the shower was basic & lukewarm. These were minor things though.

• Korkowski (10/5): If you’re going going to Lanzarote, stay here! - The location was fantastic! Walking down a free steps to the water was a great way to wake up in the morning. The sun shades were a little thin.

• Iain (10/5): Friendly and helpful owner, the apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable indoor and outdoor areas. - Excellent quiet location, great views over harbour and still handy for restaurants and entertainment. It was all good.
• Andrew C Luff (10/5): Excellent apartment in superb location. - If you want to be close to the Old Town Harbour area the apartment could not be better located. There are excellent views across the harbour. The apartment is nicely decorated and has all the facilities you would expect. It is 10 mins walk along the boardwalk to the restaurants and bars. The host was easily contactable via WhatsApp and was very helpful in responding to our requests. Nothing really. Access is via a staircase so might not be suitable for some.

Lovely quite location for us and bars, restaurants and shops 10 - 15 minutes walk away. South facing balcony, so sun all day. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Fully equipped. Big bowl of fresh fruit, water and wine was a lovely touch from the host. Communication from the host is very prompt and very helpful. We loved our stay at Pearl apartment. Nothing.

• KEITH (9/5): - Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The Air Con was an absolute must in the summer heat. Great location and sea view. Not much.
• Vitalina (10/5): I liked area, Appartment and how easy it was to reach groceries and sightseeing - The location is top. Quite, but 7 minutes from the shop, my 11yrs old was going and buying milk himself, the was no need to cross roads. The Harbor is really beautiful and it is little bit aside from main touristic routes, so calm but within 10-15 min walk from many restaurants and entertainment. Public transport is great, we didn’t need a car to travel around the whole island. I liked everything. If you want to swim in front of Appartment I would recommend nonslip aqua shoes.

• Fiona (10/5): Fabulous! The weather is unpredictable but the appartment is perfect. - Location is amazing- great views over the harbour and very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped with good shower and comfortable bed. Good quick communication with the host. Nothing- it’s the best we’ve stayed at in Puerto del Carmen

Very well-equipped apartment for a comfortable 2-week holiday. Managed to watch dolphins from the balcony at sunset, "bring your binoculars" And of course, Super clean, already booked for 2026. • Mandy (10/5): Lovely peaceful appartement on the sea front - Right on the harbour/water. Beautiful view, lovely balcony. Peaceful. Everything we needed coffee machine, kettle, full kitchen. A few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shops. Everything was great. Would be nice to have some shampoo/shower gel.

• Kate (10/5): Highly recommend! - Excellent location, beautiful scenery. Very clean and very attentive host. Loved the cava and fruit when we arrived. Would stay again! Air con was not working (warm air only coming out of the unit despite being set at the lowest temperature), not an issue during October but may have been in summer - may have been off due to not being high season. No issue whatsoever for us but steep hill/stairs may be issue for people with mobility issues

• Anthony (10/5): Lovely comfortable and clean apartment - Stayed for three wonderful weeks, the apartment was clean, comfortable and the location is perfect for those of us who prefer a quieter area. The balcony faces south so we had full sunshine from dawn to dusk with great views over the harbour and out towards Fuerteventura. We had a weekly clean and change of linen by a lovely lady who did a wonderful job making sure we were happy with everything. The location is also great for the nearby bars and restaurants and there is a local convenience store within a couple of minutes’ walk. Have nothing to complain about other than having to return home at the end of our stay!
• Michelle (10/5): Great location and apartment was clean and well equipped - I stayed in Pearl apartment for one month with my husband and 2 sons and it was a fabulous location and the apartment met all our needs. Weekly cleaning and towel and bedlinen changes. Nothing.

The apartment is clean and tidy, and a good layout for the kitchen, and a lovely touch was the cava, water and fruit on our arrival We had everything we needed, clean towels and bedding etc. The location is good for bars and restaurants and the beach is on your doorstep. We thought that the property could do with updating, floor tiles were chipped, it looks like the the apartment next to it has been recently renovated and the difference is excellent, I’m sure it will be updated in the near future, but it takes nothing away from the ambiance of the area.

• Noble (10/5): Best place for views - It was incredibly located. Our view was the best view I’ve had on any holiday before. Close to shops and the harbour. Definitely would recommend for a family stay. Welcomed with a bottle of cava for us and fruit for my daughter.

Welcomed with fruit & wine .Very clean with all necessary equipment, change of towels & cleaning mid stay. Shops, restaurants, bars & scenic cliff walk nearby. Host is easily contacted & very helpful to assist if practical . Will be back! Patricia. Ireland.
• Andrew (9/5): Great apartment, superb views. - Really nice apartment with superb unobstructed views across the harbour. The location is excellent for the old town bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket. The apartment has all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay. The balcony seems to be sheltered from the wind which is good is the weather is not so great! Would have been nice to have had the apartment cleaned and new towels at least once during our 10 night stay. Car parking can be tricky. The parking space is not marked so is, occasionally, taken by others.

Excellent communication from host, who let us check in early. Near to al amenities, restaurants, supermarket, beach. Well equipped kitchen. Renovation going on to apartment next door, so some noise in the day. But beyond host's control.
