• Mabia (4/5): I believe it is extremely important to clearly state in the description that the bathroom is shared, as it only mentions - I understand that it has a low value, but I think that cleanliness and the smell of the environment are indispensable regardless of value.

• Kovan (3/5): I did not enjoy my state at all - Nothing First room was disgusting, dirty all hair and dust was on the side information says side road parking available. I did not find that either toilet was very dirty. No toilet paper was very noisy. TV didn’t have a remote. They were family ground floor. Kids was crying so I did not enjoy it at all. I think that room should be higher for 30 pound max.

• Josephine (6/5): Fairly good stay - It was fine, clean and a quiet area. The bathroom drain was a bit blocked so the water from the shower was not draining. Also, we could have done with some chairs in the room.

• Andrew (5/5): Not exactly what it says on the tin.. - It was'nt far from Wembley Stadium and a bus ride into Paddington. The host was friendly. The room had no tv, which is stated it did on the booking. The bathroom was a shared one, and other people must have been using the other rooms as work accommodation. It didn't say on the booking it was a shared bathroom. Otherwise, we wouldn't have booked it.
• Gary (8/5): Comfortable and welcoming stay. - Room was a great size and facilities were fully available, it was nice to have a proper shower in the morning. It was in a good location for our stay and at a sensible cost and the WiFi worked perfectly. Not really a dislike but it would be great to have had a power socket near the bed, or USB ports built in to the sockets.

• Julie (4/5): Very disappointing stay. - . Was told we would get more bath towels but never did. The bedding hadn’t been cleaned , the black bedding had white bodily fluid marks on from previous guests. We were not aware of the flats not being separate, so had strangers walking past the bedroom door. Had to park on a different street as no parking facilities.

• Monique (6/5): Goed verblijf - Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Parkeren voor de deur ( een meevaller, er staan veel auto's geparkeerd. Kamer was schoon. We verbleven hier met een concert in Wembley, redelijk goede busverbinding Douche en met name keuken kan een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken!

• steven (7/5): - Close to wembley, we got a taxi to the ground for under a tenner, walked half way back and found a taxi company charged us a fiver. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and great value for money For what we wanted, I didn't have any dislikes and would book again

• Heather (4/5): Will not be back - Close proximity to local public transport, staff were friendly Room was not clean,sticky marks everywhere, fridge not clean,pillows and bedding did not look or smell fresh,I asked the owner and he was sure that the bedding had been changed, I was that doubtful that we slept on top of the bedding. Glitter on the floor from previous guests,so floor not clean,bin inside room still full of cans,it looked as if one guest had left and the next ( us ) went in straight afterwards with no housekeeping,shared kitchen was filthy,definitely did not cook,no working TV, no toiletries, these are advertised on the guesthouse site,which you pay for in good faith but are not available. Do not charge for things that you are not willing to provide!!!,there are definitely reasonable priced guesthouses in london which are far better than this !!!!,shared bathroom and toilet which was not clear on the facilities list .
• Lee (9/5): Great place to crash for the night, 20 minutes from wembley. - Great place to crash, no thrills but nothing to complain about, I would stay again. The tv didn't work, but we didn't need it.

• Kandi (1/5): It could be much more hygienic in terms of changing bedding - Great location for me I had previously stayed at the property, the pillowcases smelt like they’ve never been changed or washed same goes for the duvet cover, there was hairs on the sheets. The was a dry stain on the floor like sauce. The floor was not swept. I had to bring this to their attention and I was moved into another room which I know someone checked out of and they left the door open. I could see that it was not attended to, bedding not changed. But I was moved into this room.
• Mujahid (9/5): Superb - I liked that the place was clean and spacious. Host was helpful and took the time to explain everything. We enjoyed our stay and would book again whenever we are in Britain. There wasn't anything to dislike. But a constructive feedback would be to have plenty hooks in the bathroom.

The only issue was the bed — it tended to make a lot of noise, which made it a bit difficult for two people to sleep comfortably.

• Roomila (1/5): Bad - Worst Room Ever! The room was unlocked when we were back to the room. The person working there harassed us when we were checking us. We checked in 4 hours late and checked out late and they charged us an additional of 30 pounds on the spot. My uber was waiting to go to the airport and they were not letting me go as I am a foreigner and payment was taking time to get through. They have no manners, I don’t recommend this place at all. Scammers! They have no respect for clients and treating guests like shit…

• Jason (9/5): Great property that seems new on the market and therefore well-priced - Great house with a good selection of rooms. I stayed in the front room on the first floor which was large and had great facilities including a small balcony (which I never used as it was raining). Bottles of water were provided in the room. The bathroom was clean and looked brand new. The room I stayed in was missing a desk despite plenty of room which is an important thing to not be there given that this property would appeal to professionals. I had to rig a desk by stacking one of the bedside tables on top of the coffee table. Also, the TV switched on but had no service.

The windows aren’t completely soundproof and the shower wasn’t super clean when we got there, but other than that no issues

The owners were were lovely and so helpful when we thought our car had been stolen, giving us extra bottles of chilled water and letting us stay there until we found out what had happened The TV we could not get to work without logging into a Netflix or Prime account but we couldn't remember the password so there could not relax amd watch TV No coffee in the room. Only tea and sugar
• Aron (4/5): Disappointing at this price point. - Very good sized room for London. Close to local bus routes - was able to travel around N.London with ease. Hosts were very responsive prior to our stay. Flat was poorly cleaned. Collection of fluff and dust in corners of the wall. No mirror in the room. No private bathroom despite advertised as having private bathroom - shared with all occupants in the property. Bathroom poorly cleaned, could feel the dirt under my feet when showering. Toiletry supplies were insulting - one small hotel style shampoo and shower gel to go round all guests, same with toilet roll - just one full roll. Had to go out and buy toiletries. Fan in bathroom did not work, so room extremely steamy. With no mirror in the bedroom it meant the only one to use was the bathroom - which was steamed up and difficult to use - as a contact lens wearer this was extremely disappointing and awkward. Property is advertised as with free parking - which is the reason I booked as I needed parking. It is on street parking and I had to park three streets away, not what I expect when booking somewhere claiming to provide parking. If I had known I could have stayed at the local Travelodge, benefited from better quality and comfort for the same price and parked in the same spot! If I'd paid around £40 for this room it is what I would have expected, but I expect for £70 a night a little more accuracy in what is advertised.

• Anna (8/5): Quick overnight trip away to visit London and pick up daughter from Heathrow. - The picture describes a lovely, spacious and clean room and this is totally the case. Super location ..we took a bus straight into Central London from the main road. Great shower after a lovely day out in London. Very easy access and FREE on road parking on the same street. If I am being fussy, could have benefitted from a couple of bowls in the kitchen. There was cutlery,fridge and microwave.
