• Patrick (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Très bon hôtel pour une nuit avant de rejoindre le Machu Pichu le lendemain. Proche des bus pour y monter. On nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter. Couverture supplémentaire. Le bruit du torrent impétueux proche mais la direction n'y est pour rien. Agréable en journée bruyant la nuit.
• Thaïs (10/5): Très bon séjour ! - L’emplacement, le calme (nous avons apprécié être bercées par le bruit de la rivière qui apparemment, dérange certains voyageurs), les attentions du personnel (nous avons pu avoir une box pour partir à 4:30 au Machu picchu, box bien remplie !). Sèche cheveux sur demande, wifi qui fonctionne bien. Le bruit d’autres voyageurs, mais ça malheureusement l’hôtel n’y est pour rien …

• Giselle (10/5): - Quarto super limpo e confortável, a localização é excelente bem próximo do ônibus que sai pra machu picchu e da estação de trem, o que facilitou muito. Além disso o café da manhã é maravilhoso!

• Claudia Andrea (9/5): - Buena habitación, buena ubicación Las escaleras, mucho esfuerzo para subir y bajar equipaje, teniendo en cuenta que el sitio ya es muy exigente con las subidas, yo subí el Wayna y venía de Cusco, de subir y bajar todo el tiempo. No soy joven, deberían advertir en la información del hotel el tema de los 7 pisos , para elegir lugares más convenientes a la hora de reservar.

Расположение удачное, чуть ближе ко входу в парк. Рекомендую парк бабочек. Кушать можно в верхних ресторанах ближе к стадиону, там ценник ниже раза в 2. Не было такого

• Patricia (6/5): Downhill walk from train station for 10 minutes - Large room. Comfortable twin beds. Good shower pressure but water only warm if you turn only the hot tap on full. Close to river and walk to town. Its on the bus route to Macchu Picchu. 15 min walk to butterfly gardens. Another 15 min walk after the butterfly gardens to museum and orchid gardens. When you get to the bridge you need to show tickets for Macchu Picchu then you are directed to the footbridge and follow the signs from there. Mini market downstairs, restaurants and tourist shops. Breakfast had fresh fruit, coffee, variety of teas, scrambled eggs and sausage in a Bain marie, olives, sliced cheese and sliced luncheon ham,bread and buns and a toaster. There was a vacuum flask of water and variety of teas available throughout the night but no milk. The mini market lady got me a can of Leche (milk) for 5 soles. Table and chairs outside the entrance used as overflow for breakfast and to have another space. Short uphill climb to main town, 5mins. It's a down hill walk from train station for 10 to 15 minutes and then an uphill climb with luggage back to train station. The hotel has no lift and narrow staircase so try to ask for a room near ground floor if you have issues with climbing. Small bathroom. Basin leaked but we wrapped bath mat around the base and asked for 2 mats. Drawer between beds smelled damp and mouldy which made the room smell mouldy. Large windows to open and we used one of the heaters that were available.

• ALEJANDRO (10/5): Dormir frente a las montañas y disfrutar del sonido del Urubama. Lugar cómodo, limpio e ideal. - Impresionante. Nos tocó una habitación espectacular: cómoda, limpia, baño con agua caliente y un ventanal frente a la cama en la que disfrutamos de unas vistas a la montaña y el río Urubamba. El desayuno contaba con bastantes opciones y el trato fue agradable. De hecho, destacamos el poder dejar las maletas tanto a la llegada como a la hora de hacer el check-out, ya que ese mismo día visitamos Machu Picchu y no queríamos ir cargados. Así que todo facilidades y una estancia agradable. Nada, todo fabuloso.

• inaguidea (4/5): - View de la geam, mic dejun bun. Am pierdut 2 ore stând la recepție. Ne puneau să plătim mai mult de 2 ori decât trebuia, chiar dacă i-am arătat rezervarea pe booking. Am făcut special upgrade și am plătit mai mult pentru King room, ca să vedem view, dar pina s-a clarificat situația, afara s-a întunecat. Apa este abia caldă, incomod de făcut baie.

• Geiziane (9/5): Bom custo benefício - A localização é ótima. Em frente ao Rio, uns 200 metros da estação de trem e do ônibus que sobe pra Machu Picchu. O cafe da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários sao solícitos. O chuveiro gastava quase 30 minutos pra aquecer e as vezes nao era tao quente.

• Kevin (8/5): Would stay there again if we should return. - Location was great, right on the river which was spectacular. Also just steps from the Torontoy bus up to Machu Picchu. Very good breakfast. Able to leave your luggage while up at MP. Very convenient if you stay the night before and are leaving on the train later that day. My personal preference is for a softer bed, but my spouse had no complaints with it.

• Michael (9/5): Good value close to MP buses. - Nice little hotel on the river. Very close to buses that take you up MP. Not fancy but good value for the price. Rooms were comfortable. There is no elevator so if you have health issues ask for a lower floor. Elevator would be nice.

• Mariona (2/5): “Lost” my cup - No tasty breakfast - unpleasant staff - The shop underneath. We storage our luggage at the front desk and it wasn’t attended and I lost one cup. I realised at the train station and I came back to find it and they told me that it wasn’t there, nothing else. Then I texted them to know if they could buy one and send it to my next destination, I was about to cover all the costs, and they said not. The breakfast was not tasty and nice and we couldn’t sleep with the huge day and night noise of the river. Super disappointed.

• Margaret (7/5): Comfortable and pleasant, good breakfast. - The staff was helpful and had all the information we needed. Breakfast was good with a good selection. There was some sort of plumbing issue in the bathroom. It looked and smelled sparking clean when we arrived, but the sink and possibly the toilet leaked and there unpleasant smell overnight.

• Edita (6/5): - Výhled na řeku byl moc hezký, snídaně byla dobrá. Hluk z řeky byl výraznější než jsme čekali, taky vlhkost v pokoji byla velká, těžko říct jestli to bylo kvůli te řece a vlhku, nebo prostě jen měli špatné odvětrávání. Znovu bysme tento pokoj určitě nevybrali.
• Jorge (7/5): Breve estancia de una noche. - La cercania para acceder a los buses que suben a la ciudadela. Se encuentra a 3 cuadras aprox de los buses oficiales. Lo otro es que puedes dejar tus bolsos luego del checkout y retirarlos más tarde. Para las personas con problemas de movilidad al no tiene acensor, puede ser un problema.
• Milena (4/5): - Se a ideia é custo-benefício, ele cumpre bem o papel. O quarto era simples, mas limpo, com cama confortável e um ponto que surpreendeu: o chuveiro. Muita pressão, água bem quente, perfeito. A localização também é ótima: perto de tudo e, principalmente, do ponto de ônibus que sobe pra Machu Picchu — o que facilita MUITO a logística, principalmente pra quem vai cedo. – Não tem elevador, então se prepare pra escadas – O café da manhã começa bem cedo (das 5h às 8h), o que pode ser bom pra quem vai subir cedo, mas limita bastante quem quer acordar com calma – Apesar da limpeza, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo — isso incomoda e precisa ser considerado Ficamos só uma noite, então atendeu ok. Mas não é um hotel pra quem busca conforto ou experiência — é mais pra quem quer praticidade e economizar.

• clarisa (10/5): Lindo. Comodo. Solo mejoraría el desayuno un poco pero no está mal - Súper cómodo y bien ubicado Nada
• Agustina (10/5): La mejor ubicación de aguas calientes - La ubicación y la atención fueron excepcionales. Lugar muy completo y personal atento al detalle. Dormimos en una habitación amplia con vista al río, recomiendo hospedarte en habitaciones sobre la montaña si quieres dormir sin ruido. Justo en temporada de lluvias el caudal del río está muy fuerte y el ruido llega a la habitación. Pudimos dejar las mochilas todo el día para ir a conocer Machupichu, lo cual fue muy cómodo. Otro punto a favor es que a 50 metros hay un nuevo lugar para sacar las entradas del bus a Machu Pichu. ( SAN Antonio de Torontoy) ideal para no Moverte y caminar mucho. Todo impecable

Pas d'eau chaude (tiède à la limite) Éclairage automatique à chaque étage donc lumière dans la chambre toute la nuit (rideaux simples sur la fenêtre donnant sur le couloir)
