• Denis (10/5): Beautiful cottage .Ideal. - A great location overlooking the sea through your lounge windows while sitting on a plush setae . Fantastic cottage with every thing needed for a comfortable stay. All utensils and appliances were appealing and ready to use. Yes we would like to live in this cottage permanently. The host prepared cottage for us wonderfully and responded to our message about arriving a bit earlier immediately. All good good good.

Sie ist gut und umfassend eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Sie liegt in Skelmorlie, ein kleiner Ort der Küste, der für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen und Ausflüge war, Die Wohnung hatte kein WiFi.

• Paula (10/5): Highly recommend! - We booked last minute due to the storm. The property is nearby where we live. Jennifer made sure we had everything we needed. We were left a tray of treats for arriving - this was much appreciated. The entire village lost power during the storm but Jennifer made sure we had plenty of candles and firewood to make our stay as comfortable as possible! It was a wild few days!

• David (9/5): We definitely plan on staying here again. - We really enjoyed our stay at Dunholm Cottage. It was clean and comfortable and the views are amazing! It is very conveniently located and Wemyss Bay train station and ferry terminal is a short walk down the hill. This is very minor but remember to ask the owner for the WiFi ID and password!

• Steven (10/5): Peaceful relaxing short stay, handy for port and rail station - We selected this accommodation based on its location - a short walk to the train station (trains to central Glasgow) and ferry port (boats to Bute). What we found was a beautiful bungalow, recently renovated and fantastic views west over the sea. We only booked for two nights but this is fully equipped for a longer stay and exceptionally clean. Garden and patio area for BBQs, off-street parking and a lovely peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. The owner was generous with welcome gifts and onhand if you have questions. We wish we had booked for longer. Very few negatives with this one. Some people might not like the steep hill up to the property from the train station and port but this was ok for us (and you get the views). This property has only recently come onto Booking.com and is very much a blank canvas (perfect for us).
