• Stephan (10/5): - Gute Ausstattung, hatte sogar Netflix. War alles sehr bequem. Pool Bereich ist entspannt. Ich hätte mehr Infos zur Alarmanlage gewünscht, da es nicht offensichtlich ist wie es funktioniert. Man hört die Fußstapfen vom Stock drüber, aber ich fand es total in Ordnung. Ich finde die Anzahl Leuchten waren zu gering, es hätte noch eine oder zwei Stehlampen haben kônnen.

• Catalina (9/5): - Apartamento muy grande en zona tranquila. La casa tiene piscina y bonito jardín. La cocina está totalmente equipada. La cama cómoda. Cuando llegamos estaban las ventanas abiertas y había algún mosquito en el baño. Había una ventana rota que no cierra bien en la cocina.
• Shenay (1/5): - I booked this place on the 28 January for 4-8 February. We drove the whole day and came to accommodation at 17:00. There were no keys, and I contacted the owner. Apparently, there was another booking from Lekkerslaap. But we were assured our booking was made first they will sort it out. So we had nowhere to go and sat in a parking lot until 20:30. They booked us in at a guesthouse for the night. We brought meat with as this is a self-catering unit, and I had to throw it away due to the smell as the guesthouse didn't have a fridge. So the meat was never in a fridge for 48 hours. The owner wanted us to get new accommodation, so I said they have to settle our account as we already paid our accommodation with them
• Angela (8/5): Great value, central property for a family. - Great value for the price - central, huge garden and nice braai area, nice amount of room having the kitchen and lounge area separate to the bedroom. Perfectly adequate with all essentials. Being a basement dwelling it is a bit musty smelling but nothing opening up and spraying a bit of room spray didn't help.

• MAJID KHAN (8/5): yes its a good place, we may stay again in our next visit, recommended for rest. - generally we like it at all. the host was fair in his/her communication or response. there was security alarm system at the house, which was responding within 5 minutes by the security company as we had experience. so it was good system. since we stay 1st time in that zone, it was quite place,but not only this home, all area was like that. so we had fear in our mind, small boundry wall if something will happen or not. but it was our fear. nothing happened.

Overall, we appreciated the quality of the rooms, the comfortable bed, and the reliable internet connection, which certainly contributed to a pleasant experience. However, there were a few challenges that I believe could be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. We encountered some difficulties during the check-in process, including a wait time of approximately 30 minutes for assistance and delays related to room readiness upon our arrival. Additionally, we did not have any soap for the shower and the room itself could have benefited from more thorough cleaning, as we found some leftover items from previous guests. We understand that miscommunications regarding reservations can occur, but these issues did impact our overall experience. I hope you find this feedback constructive, as our intention is to assist in improving the service for future visitors. Thank you for considering our observations. Bookings.com did overbooked us. We were not open for Yesterday and today. And on your arrival, I had to go back to the site and block out today again. We do not supply soap as a rule for the shower. • Valerie (7/5): - Apartment was comfortable and worth the cost. Unfortunately, the glass door key is a problem when locking from inside, the cold water pressure is very low and the thumbing from upstairs especially at 4am was uncomfortable. Other than that, all was good. As per above

• Norman (8/5): Magnificent! - No breakfast provided, but the establishment is very close to a variety of very good eateries. Stairs are a bit taxing for someone advanced in age or someone carrying heavy luggage.
• Sharon (1/5): Noisy Galore - This was by far the worst place I have stayed at ..the manager was amazing and concentrated but the owners however an absolute nightmare this cottage is on the ground floor and owner bed rooms right above your head and throughout the night the walk up and down no rest at all also not accurate as shown on the photos
