The manager, an Asian gentleman, was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. - Shamanth (7/5): Good value - Clean and tidy. Great location. Nice stay for short business trips. Beds are a little soft but ok for one night. The room deodoriser was super strong. Even after opening the doors and windows, it was really strong.

- Labelle Duo (8/5): Great venue for Jim Beam Homegrown - Great upstairs room at the back of the complex. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good rate. Great place to stay for Jim Beam Homegrown. Plenty of parking. We havent got anything bad to say.
- John (7/5): Two nights in Hamilton - The facilities available in the unit, shower, separate toilet, cold water in fridge and tea, coffee, hot chocolate to make. Cleaned room. TV. Very comfortable beds and well lit. Unit was located next to the school and rudely awaken at 8am by a weedeater followed by screaming kids. Couldn't sleep in next day, more screaming kids. Mosquitoes in the room. The a/c unit put out an odd smell so couldn't use it.

The room had a cigarette smell to it, toilet didn't flush properly and shower did not drain well. If I had only booked one night I would have changed motels the next day but we had already paid.

- Delwyn (3/5): The room appeared clean and the updated in some areas but the bed and smell was horrible. - Worse bed we'd ever experience, felt springs in back and legs all night - extremely poor quality mattress. Only one blanket and so it was also freezing cold. Awfully strong dedoriser smell in the room, it was overpowering and unpleasant.

The fact I neglected to inform re my early departure thevnext am. However one of the reception staff arrived in a timely manner. So I was able to provide my room key to him.
