• Michael (8/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Prag-Trip - Die Residence Tabor hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum aus bestens erreichbar. Die Tram-Stationen befinden sich quasi vis-à-vis, also schräg gegenüber der Residence Tabor, sodass wir für den Trip ins Zentrum ganz bequem die Tram nutzen konnten. Circa 50 Meter von der Residence Tabor entfernt – direkt an der Ecke – befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Etwas weiter liegt eine Trafik, in der Fahrkarten für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erworben werden können. Das Frühstück wird vis-à-vis im „Hotel Golden City“ eingenommen. Aufgrund der Lage und der hervorragenden Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Prag wählen.

• Nino (9/5): Best budget stay in Prague. - Wonderful location, easy accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. they did let us to have early check in without extra charge. Breakfast was also good. I liked place. Location was pretty good for me. Hotel also was good itself. I just wan to advise the property to change sheets and towels every day or every second day when there is long stay more than 2 nights.

• Andreas (7/5): Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - Ich habe hier schon sehr oft übernachtet und beziehe mich auf meine vergangenen Bewertungen. Uns gefällt das ausreichende Frühstücksbufett und die fleißigen Servicemitarbeiterinnen aus der Küche. Das Hotel hat eine super Anbindung an die Tram, direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Gegenüber gibt es einen Dönerladen und ringsherum viele Minimärkte, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet haben. Nach 8-stündiger Zugreise kamen wir abends um 19 Uhr an und leider wurde uns erst nach mehrmaligem klingeln die Tür geöffnet. Dann bekamen wir die Schlüssel vom Apartment Nr. 115. Warum uns die Mitarbeiterin Alena ein Zimmer gab mit nur 1x Bettwäsche und 1x Handtücher verstehe ich nicht. Es ist echt nervig so grundlegenden Dingen, die vorhanden sein sollten wenn man für 2 Personen gebucht hat, hinterherzulaufen. Sie übte sich sehr in gequälter Freundlichkeit, aber man sah ihr ihre Überforderung an. Ansonsten beziehe ich mich hier auf meine vielen Bewertungen aus der Vergangenheit, denn ich übernachtete hier ziemlich häufig. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass Bewertungen, Anregungen bzw. Kritiken von den Verantwortlichen des Hotels nicht gelesen werden, denn sonst wüsste man, dass der Abfluss im Apartment 115 immer noch verstopft ist und sehr sehr langsam abläuft. Das habe ich schon vor etwas einem Jahr bemängelt.

• Doris (2/5): Einmal und nie wieder - Die Lage direkt an der Trambahnstation und nur wenige Stationen in die Altstadt sind sehr gut Der Lärm durch die Lage an der Straße ist extrem. Die Zimmertüren sind laut beim Schließen. Das Zimmer ist sehr beengt. Das Frühstück ist von minderer Qualität und die Auswahl schlecht. Die Reinigungskraft hat einige Pfandflaschen entwendet.

• Andreas (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel in guter Verkehrslage - Wir reisen sehr gerne in dieses Hotel. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und es befindet sich in guter Verkehrslage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Besonders muss ich das Küchenservicepersonal hervorheben, denn sie sind sehr fleißig und schnell. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde sehr schnell von den Tischen entfernt, so dass neue Gäste gleich wieder einen sauberen Frühstückstisch bekamen. Auch das Zimmermädchen Halka war sehr freundlich und wechselte bei Bedarf unserer Handtücher unkompliziert. Wir bewohnten das Apartment 135. Vielen Dank. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Dieser Aufenthalt lief problemlos. Danke dafür.

• Sanam (7/5): - Местоположение отеля было отличным — очень близко к центру, а прямо рядом находится удобная трамвайная сеть. Номер убирали каждый день, регулярно приносили свежие полотенца. В комнате были чайник и микроволновка — это редкость для отелей и нам это очень помогало. В отеле есть лифт, поэтому без проблем можно подняться на верхний этаж (здание 4-этажное). В отеле было тихо, а интернет работал хорошо. Завтрак был разнообразным, но иногда было слишком много людей. Отопление в комнате практически отсутствовало. Хотя в номере есть кондиционер, пульт от него мы не нашли. Во время нашего пребывания температура в Праге резко снизилась с +20 до +5 градусов, и нам приходилось укрываться двумя одеялами. Вентиляция была слабой. Приходилось выбирать между душным помещением или открытым окном при низкой температуре (ночью было ещё холоднее). Выдают только один ключ от номера, что очень неудобно. Нам с сыном приходилось постоянно быть вместе: если один выходил, второй оставался либо без света, либо наоборот. Однажды ключ сломался пополам. Мы не придали этому особого значения, но в итоге пришлось заплатить штраф — 20 евро (или 500 крон).

• Milan (7/5): - Great position just two tram stops from the main railway station. Very generous breakfast. The safe is built in the wall. Two little supermarkets nearby. When checking in you have to walk across the road to the reception located in another building. The facade looked a bit tired and not exactly clean but as it faces a busy road some grime is expected. Not the hotel fault. The internal walkways looked little bit tired so did the floating floor in the room.

Pas l’habitude de me plaindre de quoi que ce soit sur votre site mais la cest clairement pas professionnel pour des vacances où j’étais censé me reposer.
