• Zuzanna (10/5): Highly recommend to stay in this apartment :) - The apartment was right in the city centre. It was well equipped, had 3 TV’s and looked like in the pictures. The host was helpful and responsive :) We liked everything, but the flat was a bit cold

• Ilva (9/5): the best place to stay in the Sofia! - Location of the apartment is perfect - you are literally in the middle of the city! We didn’t use any kind of transport (apart from metro from and to the airport) because pretty much every place is in a walkable distance. And the apartment itself is clean, gorgeous and amazing! Thank you!
• Χρηστος Μπαλωμενος (7/5): - Ήτανε πολύ ωραίος ο χώρος ευρύχωρος ήταν φωτεινό .το μπάνιο του ήταν καλό. Παρόλα αυτά η καθαριότητα δν ήταν επαρκής η καναπέδες ήταν γεμάτη λεκέδες κ ψυχούλα ο βραστηρας με νερό μέσα σκουριασμένο όπως επίσης κ η καφετέρια κ η φρυγανιερα η κουζίνα ήθελε καθάρισμα κ η κατσαρόλες κ τα μαχαιροπίρουνα. Η κουρτίνες ήταν κρεμαστές κ δν μπορούσες να τις τράβηξης κ η παπλωματοθηκες η περασμένες ανάποδα καθώς κ μέσα στην ντουλάπα υπήρχαν ρούχα ακαθάριστα.

• Natalia (10/5): Все очень понравилось надеемся вернуться. Хозяйка всегда была на связи ,отвечала сразу на все вопросы, все время интерес - Великолепное местоположение в самом центре в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Витошь , в квартире есть всё , великолепно работали кондиционеры не было холодно хотя на улице было -1. Единственный минус для тех кому это актуально ,квартира находится на третьем этаже и нету лифта.

• Renza (9/5): Bella scoperta Sofia merita un weekend - L’appartamento molto accogliente e comodissimo al centro ed ai mezzi pubblici. Non c’è l’ ascensore e non si trova esattamente all’indirizzo che viene dato. Bisogna girare l angolo alla birreria promo portone. Il taxi infatti ci ha lasciato nella via e non trovavamo visto che era sera tarda.

• Galina (8/5): Great location, clean place - It has a great location. It's really clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and it has everything you need. Easy to find. The staircase that leads to it is absolutely beautiful. Note that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It might be a an issue for people with low mobility. For us it was fine. I am leaving a somewhat negative review because the shower did not work. We've been traveling for days and we really needed to freshen up. I informed the hosts, but make sure to double check if they fixed it when booking because this place deserves a good rating.

• Edgardo (10/5): Great apartment, nice and close to all - Very modern apartment with all amenities, close to Vitosha boulevard and city center No elevator. Its a 3rd floor And if you have luggage, its a hike
• Marina (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten super bequem! Milena war sehr freundlich und hat sich täglich erkundigt ob alles ok ist. Könnte sauberer sein (Staub, Haare, sehr klebriger Herd). Außerdem ist nach einmal duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser.

• Olesja (8/5): Could ask 10eur more for night, but find some solution with parking - Clean, bit space, perfect location, easy to book amd find, kind helpful staff As we were travelling by car, we searched a place with parking. In description- they had, but in reality - no. I got list of parkings from the owner, where the price should be around 10 eur. But we ended up paying on this parking 140lev(70eur) for a 36h. And it was also 5 min walking, what is not the best with luggage. As the price of parking was close to the price of property, it would be better to book some good hotel or apartmnent with parking included

• Rufin (9/5): Excellent value for the money (four persons, staying one night in Sofia). - The location is perfect - walking distance from the city center, with options to eat/drink close to it even if you don't want to walk this way. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and you can park your car on one of the payed public spaces next to the property. The property has a cozy, house-of-our-friends-in-Sofia feeling. However, since it is listed as a for rent property, it would require more attention on some details that it may not be to everyone's liking (the torn curtain in the living room, or the crumbling plaster on the ceiling).
• Jan (9/5): Centraal gelegen appartement - Het appartement is centraal gelegen, op een paar minuten lopen van Vitosha Boulevard. Appartement bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping. Er is geen lift aanwezig. Wat voor ons geen probleem was. Alles was schoon en netjes. Sleutel kun je uit een sleutelkluis halen. Contact met de eigenaar gaat digitaal. Dit verliep soepel en ze reageerden snel. Er is 1 airco in de woonkamer. Daardoor zijn de slaapkamers te warm. Stopcontacten naast de wasbak zijn niet spatwaterdicht. Je kijkt zo achter op de bedrading. Ook mag de douchehoek wel opnieuw worden gekit. De hoek rechtsonder is zwart.

• Verónica (9/5): Apartamento céntrico, amplio y muy bonito! - Es muy céntrico, apartamento amplio con dos habitaciones muy grandes, ambas con televisión , grandes armarios, impecable y todo reformado y moderno, el anfitrión muy atento en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo. Es más bonito de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, y es silencioso por las noches,.Zona tranquila a 3 minutos andando del boulevard. Cerca de supermercados, panaderías, fruterías ,terrazas para tomar algo, restaurantes.... pero con el silencio de estar ubicado en una calle tranquila. A la vuelta de la esquina, un punto para dejar las maletas en unas taquillas por si la estancia se alarga después de dejar el apartamento. Sin duda una gran elección para pasar unos días en Sofía con total comodidad. Falta mensaje en la cocina, más cubiertos y utensilios para cocinar, como un cazo, ya que no hay microondas para calentar, al igual que cosas para fregar, como bayeta, paños de cocina , pero por lo demás está muy bien equipado.

• Katrīna (10/5): Perfect stay at the heart of Sofia - Perfect location, near the main pedestria. street, light and nice rooms. Before arriving the host sent us a link to check-in and select additional services. The only thing to be improved, the curtains the damaged but it didn’t bothered us

The outside and the communal area looked run down, but you are in the old city. Inside the flat was very good Some of the curtains would not close fully as they had come off the rails

Milena, our host, was available at all times and communication was really easy! The apartment is located on the 3d floor and no elevator is available. The stairs are easy to climb however this might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues!

• Liran (8/5): Large apartment and excellent location - The location of the apartment is excellent Large and comfortable apartment They didn't provide us with enough toilet paper, and when we asked for more, they wanted to charge us 5 euros for it, even though it's a basic necessity. One evening, the towel fell in the shower, got wet and dirty. When we asked for a replacement, they refused and asked for money just to exchange the towel. For everything we requested, they demanded money

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, beautiful modern apartment, comfortable beds, great host who communicates well. We decided to stay there twice. The unit probably could have done with a few more cooking utensils as there wasn't much in way of pots or fry pans to cook with and it didn't have a toaster. Other than that the place was wonderful to stay at and thoroughly recommend to others as a great place to stay.
• Charalampos (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is centrally located and has a lot of space. While it is mentioned that parking is available you need to use a private car park that you need to pay for, around 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. There were not basic cleaning products in the bathroom and not an extra towel for the hands.

• Avigail (9/5): A great place near Vitosha boulevard - everything was very cozy and comfortable, the kitchen has many utilities. there are smart tv's. the location was really good, 2 minutes walk from the heart of Vitosha boulevard. the owners were very nice, they let us leave the bugs there before the check in and notified us as soon as the apartment was clean and ready, even before the checkin time the water pressure in the shower was disappointing and the whole bathroom became wet after each shower
