• Dóra (8/5): - Tiszta, jól felszerelt lakás. Teljesen előkészítve a fogadásunkra. Két szoba, konyha, fürdő. Vasalási lehetőség is volt. Társasházi lakás. Parkolni az utcán lehet, ahol helyet találsz. Mondjuk legalább ingyenes. Elég messze van a kikötőtől.
• catherine (8/5): Idéale pour la visite des cinq terres et belle découverte de la Spezia - L’appartement confirme aux photos, chambres spacieuses et petite salle de bain et petite cuisine ce qui est très bien pour un court séjour, 20 minutes à pied de la gare et 25 du centre ville ce qui est très bien pour les visites des cinq terres. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans la rue de l’habitation L’immeuble date de 1910 ce qui fait que les murs sont assez fins.

• Lidija (10/5): Apsolutna preporuka za boravak u La Speziji, nećete pogriješiti sa odabirom! - Vrlo prostrano, udobno, besprijekorno čisto i uredno. Lokacija je fantastična, sve smo imali u blizini (dućan, restoran, bar…). Domaćica Laura je predivna i za svaku pohvalu, cijelo vrijeme boravka je bila vrlo uslužna i na raspolaganju za sva naša pitanja i odlične savjete oko toga gdje otići i što vrijedi posjetiti. Osjećali smo se stvarno posebno od trenutka kad smo došli pa sve do zadnjeg dana i prezahvalni smo na svakoj sitnici!

The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed peace and comfort throughout our stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive. We could always count on them for recommendations about trips and places to visit, and Laura responded promptly and kindly to every message we sent. We truly felt at home in this apartment. Thank you for the hospitality! We can’t wait to come back
• Katharina (10/5): Perfect and comfy stay to explore La Spezia + Cinque Terre - The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfy. Everything was working fine, including Wifi, hot water/shower, the kitchen elements.. We have been welcomed by the nicest hosts, good information about the area and public transport. Laura even parked her car in front of the house on a free parking lot, so that we could have her spot to park immediately on arrival and don’t have to bother searching for a spot somewhere and walk our luggage there. Upon arrival, there was wine , prosecco, beer and water in the fridge , Coffeepods ready and small packets of Nutella and marmelade for breakfast. Our contact with Laura was very friendly and helpful all the time! We enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend to book the apartment without further thinking! We wanted to explore not only La Spezia but also Cinque Terre from here. To the center of la spezia and the Train Station, it is a walk about 15 minutes (flat). For us this was NOT a problem and we new that beforehand. Just keep that in mind if you are a person struggling with walking for a bit.
• Aleš (10/5): Exceptional - Great large apartment, traveling with two kids and thay had a lot of space and just loved their room. Bathroom was well maintained and big enough. Kitchen was equipped with all that we needed and coffee maker was present with capsules. Bus stop is just next to apartment and it’s easy to get to center, only small downside (nothing wrong, my mistake) bus stops running at 8:30 pm from the center. Nothing to do with property.
