• ivana (2/5): Da NON ritornare - Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale Foto non corrispondenti alle stanze. Stanze vecchie, infissi vecchi e cattivo odore di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi. Polvere ovunque. Lenzuola strappate. Bidoncino in bagno rotto. Colazione in convenzione con il mc Donald’s a distanza di due isolati dall’appartamento ma disponibile solo dalle ore 7.30 quidni avendo avuto necessità di andar via alle 6.30 non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione ma a loro questo non importa. Dicono pagamento “successivo alla prenotazione” ma ti defalcano/ bloccano dalla carta comunque l importo del soggiorno. Negativissimo.

• Assunta (2/5): Da evitare - La posizione centrale Ho prenotato in fretta senza leggere bene le recensioni, ma col senno di poi AVREI DOVUTO. Appena entrati in stanza, ci accoglie un forte odore di muffa e macchie di umidità sui muri. In bagno c’era puzza di fogna, asciugamani vecchie, quando facevi la doccia si allagava il bagno e per 4 persone ci hanno dato UNA sola saponetta per due giorni. Pulizia scarsa, lenzuola con odore strano, materassi scomodi. E lo "staff"? Scortese e poco disponibile. Al check-in ci dicono che dopo le 13:00 lasciare le valigie costa 10/15€. Al check-out invece ci danno l’ultimatum delle 12:00 “perché devono andare via”… salvo poi restare lì almeno un’altra ora. Quando chiediamo (sotto il diluvio) di cambiarci i calzini bagnati, ci fanno un favore come se stessero regalando oro, invitandoci a sbrigarci. Un minimo di gentilezza avrebbe fatto la differenza. Invece no. Pessima esperienza. Non tornerò mai più. E vi consiglio di evitarlo.

• Aguirre Molina (9/5): Muy bueno por precio razonable - Ubicado excelentemente, cuarto y baño amplios y cómodos. A la mañana no había nadie en recepción

• Clémence (1/5): Une nuit c’est déjà trop. - Le seul avantage de ce logement est l’emplacement, et encore. Il se trouve en ZTL, il faut donc faire attention où l’on se gare. Les places sont toutes à minimum 1,1€ de l’heure si on ne veut pas marcher 30 minutes (sinon il y vraiment aucun intérêt de dormir ici). La réceptionniste était gentille. Il s’agit de la pire expérience que nous ayons eu, c’est une honte au tarif proposé. Déjà le code de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur cinq. La chambre et les équipements sont assez anciens, ce qui n’est pas dérangeant en soi pour une nuit mais ils étaient complètement usés : du matelas arquées qui vous fait tomber au milieu du lit, la clim qui fait un bruit d’enfer jusqu’au drap troué. Si vous comptez vous détendre en prenant une douche, vous risquez d’être plus tendu encore. J’ai cherché une température convenable pendant 20 minutes, en vain. Nous avons passé la pire nuit de notre vie : - Le matelas était extrêmement dur, nous nous sommes réveillés avec un mal de dos pas possible. De plus le matelas est beaucoup plus grand que le sommier. - Le frigo et la clim faisaient un bruit monstre, nous avons du les éteindre donc évidement nous avons eu très chaud. - Les murs sont très fins, vous avez donc le plaisir d’entendre les pleurs du bébé des voisins, les gens qui rentrent tard dans le couloir, les pétards qui craquent et les scooters qui tourne dans la rue toute la nuit. Bref, nous n’avons évidemment rien dormi de la nuit, nous avons été réveillés toutes les heures. Le seul avantage me direz-vous c’est que nous nous sommes réveillé à 6h, et avons pu visiter la ville sans touristes… Et le meilleur pour la fin, le « petit déjeuner compris » se trouvait au McDonald, parfait pour découvrir la culture local…… Nous ne recommandons évidemment pas ce logement, à fuir.
• Ayla Chéquer (4/5): Boa localização mas deixou a desejar - Bem próximo no centro histórico, cafeteiras e opções de restaurante nas proximidades. Cama confortável e quarto espaçoso. Instalações muito antigas. Limpeza deixou a desejar, o quarto estava claramente empoeirado.

Petit déjeuner dans bar voisin (1 café et 1 croissant) Va juste pour une nuit de passage… Immeuble vétuste et Appartement très spartiate, aucune vaisselle, draps trouées et rapiécées. Problème avec empreinte carte de débit (et non crédit) avec booking et multiples relances d’annulation mais résolu au téléphone.

• Romain (1/5): À fuir - Logement proche du centre historique. Une expérience très décevante que je déconseille. Logement qui ne correspond pas aux attentes et aux photos. Nous avions réservé un logement avec deux chambres (un lit double et deux lits simples). Nous avons récupéré un logement avec une chambre disposant d'un lit double convenable et un lit simple (sommier à ressort des années 1970) disposé dans une cuisine étriquée non utilisable puisque les cabinets sont verrouillés avec des cadenas. La vue depuis cette cuisine est pittoresque. Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement auprès de la réception qui n'avait aucune solution à proposer. On nous a signifié que les deux chambres étaient en option et non garanties. Une réceptionniste peu aimable, et qui fume à son bureau durant l'interaction. J'ai effectué une réclamation via le service client Booking qui était censé me recontacter sous 24h, sans succès après 4 jours d'attente. Il y a un "service de nettoyage" qui se résume à faire le lit. Il serait opportun d'effectuer un vrai nettoyage en profondeur de ce logement, notamment la salle de bain et la douche où la moisissure règne malgré l'extraction existante. Les draps et les serviettes présentaient des tâches de sang. De nombreux poils, et des insectes morts étaient présents proches du lit double. Les murs sont également sales.

Water leaks not only from the showerhead, but from everywhere. The second bed is in the kitchen, where there isn’t even a power outlet. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided. Nobody told us where the remote for the air conditioner was — we messaged to ask, but no one ever replied. The towels were extremely worn out, like they haven’t been replaced in years. There were mosquitoes in the room, it smelled damp, and there was visible mold.
• Genscotte (2/5): Very poor - The location. Very Uncomfortable awful bed and pillows. Rusty chair in the balcony. I had to call the receptionist to turn on the tv for me because it was very complicated and even she had a hard time turning it on. Good thing 2 out of 3 staffs that I encountered were very available. Rusty faucet in the bathroom. The bidet wasn’t working. A guy came to try to fix it as soon as I reported the problem, couldn’t fixed it and never heard from them again. Good thing I only stayed for one night. If you plan to pay at the property in cash make sure you have the right and exact amount.

• Nora (1/5): HORRIBLE FOR COLD MONTHS - Loction was good NO HEATING and NO WARM WATER in DECEMBER. REDICULOUS. They only turn on the heaters for a short time at 19h but on the lowest level. The cold was unbearable. They insisted us to pay upon arrival without even seeing the rooms. The “breakfast included” is a voucher to a bar on the back side of the appartment with one pastry and a coffe not even an orange juice. In the kitchen the door of the cuppboard with the utencils and plates was locked with a key. Its rating is way to high should be a 5 max.

• Giulia (6/5): - The property was okay; the people were friendly ( not all, but the average). The place was an old building; the rooms look old, and the furniture was cheap. The breakfast was in a small coffee shop on the first day and at McDonald's on the second. If you like, it is okay. There were towels for 3, full sheeted beds, a tiny soap bar in the bathroom, but shampoo and liquid soap in the shower. No water bottle or any other little "gift" for the guest ( chocolate, candy, or so on), as I often find in many B&B

McDonald's, which was nearby (that was really surprising). There is no kettle in the room. It was quite overpriced for the conditions

• Konstantin (1/5): The place is awful - Nothing, except location. The worst possible experience. They started with calling me on the phone four days in advance demanding the credit card number because apparently something was wrong with it. My booking clearly said that payment was to be made at the property.When I asked them to read the card number to me to check they said that they couldn't see it, so how can they know it was wrong? They kept insisting on either giving them a card info and then sent me an email with a link to pre-pay. The link was suspicious, and the payment was to a different payee. When I refused to do that, they even made a vague threat to cancel the reservation but backed up when I suggested they just do it, so I could book a different place. By the time I arrived to Lecce I had a feeling that it was a border- line scam. Well, they do exist, along with two other b&b based in the same building, The location is perfect, very central.But that was the only good thing about the place. I booked it because there was free parking in the description. Hard to find in Lecce. A representative I talked with on the phone confirmed this to me. Just a blatant lie. Not only free parking, but paid street parking is almost impossible to find, especially at night. We drove around forever before finding a spot and dragging the suitcases for several blocks. The cost was 1.30 euro/hour. The B&B is located in a nice historic building, but it's completely neglected. Everything is old, dirty, dusty.You don't want to touch anything; it looks and feels sticky. Bad smell in the room and in the bathroom.Tried to turn on the air conditioner but couldn't find a remote for it, not in the room. Had to ask for it. Missing half of the shower door, water spills all over. Black mold. Furniture and mattress are old and dirty. Threadbare linens and towels, holes in both. Hair behind the bidet and in the room. Broken window frame. Stained bed cover.

• valentina (4/5): - Prima di 2 ore dall'arrivo ricevo una loro telefonata in cui mi dicono che la prenotazione era solo per 2 persone e non per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La signora della struttura chiede se vogliamo dormire tutti insieme in un letto matrimoniale altrimenti occorre pagare un supplemento per la camera con i 4 posti letto. A questo punto comunico che non ho alcuna intenzione pagare supplementi e che mi spetta la camera con i 4 posti letto perché io ho fatto la prenotazione correttamente su expedia indicando anche l'età dei ragazzi. Ma la signora é ferma sulla sua posizione. Richiamo dicendo che potevo inviare la prenotazione con tutti i dettagli e a quel punto mi dice che hanno verificato ed é corretta la mia affermazione. Arriviamo e troviamo una strutture datata, trasandata e sporca (portone che si apre a fatica, arredamento vecchio, 1 serranda che non si riesce a tirare su, tavolo con soprammobile con 2 dita di polvere, mobile del bagno arrugginito)....peccato perché la posizione é ottima. Oltre a ció ci viene richiesto un supplemento se vogliamo usufruire della cucina in camera (anche questa lontana dal concetto di pulizia).
