• Alba María (7/5): - El alojamiento en si es como las fotos, amplio Habian muchiisimas cucarachas, creo que es un problema generico del hotel y no de la habitación en especifico pero matamos en total unas 40 cucarachas en 2 dias

Le fait qu'il y est des cafards dans l'appartement ce qui était un problème pour l'hygiène et la conservation des denrées alimentaires.

Pas d eau chaude de disponible dans l appartement. Devoir faire chauffer de l eau à la bouloir pour se laver. 2. les messages envahissant de la gestionnaire nous demandant de faire attention à la consommation électrique pour les lumières et l air conditionné. 3 la demande de quitter les lieux à 11h ou payer un supplément pour rester plus longtemps. Après discussion la gestionnaire nous dis faire un cadeau et pouvoir rester jusque 13h gratuitement _> Normal c'est ce qui est indiqué dans booking donc aucun cadeau 4 pas de consignes pour les valises et aucune solution proposée 5 13h00 et pas une minute de plus, 1 message pour demander si nous avons quitté le logement. 6 description de l annonce fausse. exemple, le vue est uniquement une petite fenêtre sur l arrière ville Le lit est très petit et le salon ne permets pas de dormir correctement. Attitude envahissante de la gestionnaire par ses nombreux messages juste pour les alertes électricité et check out. Dommage, car les premières minutes étaient agréables.

• Antona (8/5): Value for money. Nice stay overall. Would book again. - Very nice location. Quiet room. Approachable condo staff (lobby receptionist and security guards). Kind unit owner. Many tiny cockroached freely roaming around the whole unit. Highly recommend to do pest control.

• Andrew (10/5): A safe and convenient stay in a good location that met my needs well. - The location was very convenient for what I needed during my stay. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, even when walking alone at night. Nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation made it easy to get around without hassle. Overall, the location made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room could benefit from a few minor maintenance updates, especially in the bathroom area. Some fixtures showed light wear from regular use. There was occasional outside noise, depending on the time of day. These were small issues and did not significantly affect my stay.

• Kobe Roy (7/5): GREAT SPACE BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN PEST CONTROL - A really comfortable property with complete kitchen essentials. The location is great with a huge alfamart, atm machines, and parking space. Heaps of guards and staffs. Clean bedroom and bathroom. The host also provides detailed instruction as to how to access the room, which is very helpful. There were just little pests i.e., cockroaches, which I heard is a common problem in condos? Not sure but would prefer a room without little cockroaches.

• Eigthy (1/5): - Es war außerordentlich dreckig. Vom Bad bis zu den Fenstern. Es gab unzählige Kakerlaken. Nach einigen Tagen bin ich in ein Hotel gezogen. Es wurde eine Putzfrau geschickt, ohne vorab zu klären, ob jemand vor Ort ist. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Es wurde selber ein Putzdienst organisiert, jedoch war es unmöglich den Aufenthalt fortzusetzen aufgrund der Kakerlaken.
• Mary (7/5): Great value for money and accessible place to get to and from the airport and malls - Perfect size of the apartment for our short stay before my flight from Manila airport. Very accessible to shopping malls and well-maintained building. The main reception area was nice and the reception staff were very helpful. Our host was very good with her communication prior and during our stay. There were few small cockroaches in the kitchen cupboard and by the bathroom floors. I just made sure to wash the cups, plates and cutleries before using it (washing up liquid and sponge were provided).
• Rebecca (5/5): Place is a studio unit, only for a single person or for young couple to stay. - The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Location not bad but you need to get a taxi or an e-car (grab) to get to main shopping centre. For younger people, they can probably walk to shopping mall although there is a convenience store in the building but no restaurant nearby. There are street foods outside the building, but being careful not to have tummy trouble, we did not avail of the street food. Wifi is good. Booking.com's info is misleading. Place is not a 2 bedroom unit. It is only a studio. Bed as emailed to me by owner was not a queen size. It was a small double & 2nd bed is only a pull-out bed. Once pulled out, there is no more room to move. Our suitcases were on top of the dining table & chairs. As it is only a studio, there is only a kitchenette, and no kettle. Unit is good for only one person or for young couple, not for 2 people or 3 as advertised. Also found cockroach when we try to pull the bed out, and small cockroaches in the bathroom cum laundry. Although there is a view of the sea, it is hindered by other buildings from the one small window in the studio.

The reception and the lobby and also the guards can’t find out if I’m in the right place when i showed my booking information to them. They even told me that i was been scam while in the middle of the night from the 2 days long trip from europe. I got mistake with my check in date which i check in to the other hotel instead. I comeback to the right time and date of check in again then another problem with the reception and guards they makes me wait again and they told me they will come to me and fix it but nothing happen.Lukily i talked to another guards and she finally let us check in. I would not recommend this place not becouse of the place but becouse of the reception and the guards that stop you to check in and let you wait for a long time.
• David (4/5): roach infestation - When I first opened the door to the apartment, I was greeted by about 10 roaches scattered across the kitchen counter and living room — definitely not a good first impression. I found a can of roach spray under the kitchen sink and spent around half an hour spraying the place. Later on, I also realized there was no toilet paper provided. I had requested the check-in details from the host the afternoon before my arrival but was informed I would only receive them on the morning of my arrival, which suggests the apartment may not have been properly prepared in advance.
• Benjamin (7/5): It was 60/40 and as I said nice building and nice employees but the unit was not clean and had to deal with cockroac - Nice Building and nice employees ,but unfortunately it wasn’t clean and too much cockroaches and the water was running out from the sink of the bathroom and we called the owner and one person bring just a spray for the cockroaches but actually didn’t work . The same as above

• Aleš (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation is clean and nice but the pool is not included in the price, you have to pay extra if you arrive early, you pay extra again if the apartment is free. There is security everywhere, you swim in the pool and they come to you when you leave the pool and show the receipt of payment. It is guarded like a prison. At four in the morning, security did not want to let me into the room because I did not have my passport with me and the owner of the apartment reported a different room number. It was very unpleasant. You have to report every visit. I feel uncomfortable here and under constant surveillance by the security service.

• Aw (10/5): A happy stay at The Happy Place! - This conveniently located apartment with great view, offering truly excellent value for money, would be our first choice on our next visit to vibrant Manila.  A few nights was not long enough to explore all the many attractions exciting Pasay has to offer. We hope our truthful review will be helpful. The Host kindly enabled a prompt check-in/out, assisted by helpful 24 hour security.  The Happy Place is on a high floor which, from the compact balcony, has a great view of Pasay, the coast, the airport and distant mountains - firework displays, too! 'Welcome' coffee was thoughtfully provided (a supermarket is very conveniently located less than three minutes walk away) with a useful microwave, fridge-freezer, TV, aircon and essential toiletries. The comfortable bed - a great night's sleep! - is against the wall on three sides however is large enough for the 'enclosed' person to get out at the bottom. (We were unsure if the washing machine was usable - would the seemingly 'disconnected' pipe cause any flooding? - but, if needed, we are sure our helpful Host would have assisted promptly.) Mentioned to avoid disappointment, the large, well-maintained 7th floor rooftop-style swimming pools - adult and children - if required, are charged at PhP150 (PhP300 on public holidays) per person per day.  Do note, the ground floor office selling pool tickets is closed from 1pm Saturday and all day Sunday.  This excellent pool, even at most busy times, still had loungers free. As mentioned, The Happy Place is well located, with restaurants to suit every nationality's palates (5 mins walk away, King Jian Bao Restaurant is outstanding!). To summarise, The Happy Place is excellent value and ticks all essential boxes for a happy stay.  Thank you, Host, for your valued assistance - highly recommended! Having to leave!

• Mary (4/5): The guard gave us a hard time checking in, and that's never happened to me before! - The unit was in a good location, close to all the places we needed to go to while in the area. And I love how Grab was so easily accessible to and from there. The owner was responsive to the trouble the building staff gave us when checking in, when the guard insisted we don't have an Authorisation to stay there. We have been travelling 24hrs, just had a long layover and haven't slept, so my husband asked the guard to make things work so we could get some sleep inside and slipped him a P500 bribe. Which of course worked wonders, and magically, my name suddenly appeared on his computer screen as Authorised. The unit was well equipped with the expected comforts away from home. It's just that the place though clean, was not well maintained. The dining chairs only had 3 screws for its legs instead of 9, so all 4 chairs were unsafe. The iron while looking new wasn't working at all. And 2 out of the knives on the Knife Block were broken and unusable.

• Viliam (7/5): Amazing place - Very good place to stay. If I come again to Manilla I will stay here again. Building have high security. Host was super friendly and helpful with all my requests. Just keep in mind that if you want to have vistors you need to get approval from the host otherwise they will not your friend in the building. And they should fix the problem with bugs there were many insects in the room but nothing horrible.

• Juxe (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice and friendly welcome. Helpful and open. It is a very beautiful room. Very clean. Almost no outlets available. Broken stove, you must use microwave or a wired bowl. Dripping faucet drives you crazy after a while. For two persons not comfortable because of the setup. It sets the feeling that you live in a private room. Decoration almost everywhere. There is almost no space for your belongings to store. Washing machine not usable.
