• Gerard (10/5): Brilliant stay - location, beautiful interior. nothing really. iy is quiet close to airport so you can hear planes landing etc. but itbreally doesnt take away from the place and the lovely hosts
• David (10/5): Fabulous villa. - I loved the villa. The layout inside and out was perfect for our stay. The facilities were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. The outside space was fabulous. We had our small grandchild with us and there were excellent areas for him to play. I would highly recommend the property. There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

• William (10/5): Really happy with our stay and we’d love to come back again. - We stayed in November with 2 young children, the villa exceptional. It was spotless, well equipped throughout and spacious. A beautiful, fresh home and we felt very comfortable/ at home in it. It was perfect for the kids with a cot, high chair and a washing machine to keep on top of their swimming gear.
• Tim (10/5): - This villa was exceptional. The host are extremely easy to deal with, from the moment we arrived until we left. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's only a very short walk to the promenade where there is a good variety of shops and restaurants.

• Catherine (10/5): Excellent stay in a wonderful villa - Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Wonderful host. The villa is decorated to a very good standard, spotless throughout and very well equipped. Also very spacious. We were very sad to be leaving as we had such a peaceful, relaxing and wonderful stay. Also in walking distance of amenities, but taxis are easily avaliable if you want to travel a bit further. Nothing - perfect stay!

Communication was immediate with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again. We did not use the pool as we prefer a heated pool, but we were aware of this before we booked. Nothing that we did not like.
• Scott (10/5): Our stay was brilliant, cannot fault the property owner and was great value for money. - The property is fantastic, perfect location and extremely clean. The property owner was so attentive and was on hand before and during our stay for answers to any questions we had. The grounds are large and it was a nice touch to have a BBQ with food gained from the local shops. The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the beautiful sea front and lots of shops and restaurants. We hired bikes and drove along the cycle paths for no more than 30 minutes to Peurto Del Carmen. Oh, forgot to mention, 5 minutes from the air port :) Nothing.
• Richard (10/5): Let us in 2 hours early as we had an early flight, met us with keys and a good show around. Perfect! - They have thought of everything ! Even a pinny and named recycle bins! Shame the pool is not heated, even at a cost, too cold to use. Lots of space indoors and beautifully fitted out, good sofa and large TV. Great quality dining outdoors furniture. We are happy with the proximity to the airport and enjoy the planes, but I could imagine some that would not like the noise. Matagorda / Tias is getting very busy, so getting antwhere at times is a bonus. Area is quiet and very few would passw your door. Ideal for a quiet break. Hard to think of anything, other than some not liking the airport noise. Not a bother to us. Pool heating?

• Andy (10/5): Excellent Villa Esmeralda - Excellent location, beautiful Villa, plenty of space inside and out, the host went above and beyond, he supplies everything from washing powder to some food in the cupboards, I've never been to a Villa where the host has done so much for us, Villa was spotless and very comfortable Can't think of anything that we didn't like
• Susie (9/5): A great holiday in a great villa - The villa was spotlessly clean and the decor was absolutely stunning. Lovely views of the sea and airport. Loved the relaxing room with the yoga mat and bands. We would have liked more sun-beds. There was 5 of us but only 2 sunbeds. Noisy dog next door (not the owners fault) the house in front was having some work done which was noisy but again not the owners fault. Some nights were warm and it would have been good to have fans in bedrooms.
