- Almir (10/5): - Imao sam priliku boraviti tri noći u Hotelu Divanhana. Radi se o zaista odličnom objektu koji u prizemlju ima restoran, dok su sobe smještene na gornjem spratu. Hrana u restoranu, kao i doručak, su na vrhunskom nivou. Sobe su čiste i uredne, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno – od konobara, preko spremačica, do kuharica. Definitivno smatram da hotel zaslužuje višu kategorizaciju nego što je trenutno ima. Sve preporuke!

- Ibro (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, hat sich sehr gut um mein Wohl gekümmert. Haben mir aus Versehen zu viel verrechnet und dann nachträglich auf privatem Weg erstattet. Einmalig ! Leider war das Klo bei der Ankunft verstopft aber das ist bestimmt eine einmalige Sache.

Parcheggio in area privata Essendo a gestione musulmana non viene servito vino o bevande alcoliche. Sarebbe stato gradito saperlo in anticipo. Problemi con la colazione, è compresa solo quella salata. Se si chiede in alternativa qualcosa di dolce va pagato extra anche se di valore inferiore a quella compresa nel soggiorno. Pessima flessibilità sotto questo aspetto.

Une pancarte sur la facade avec le nom de l etablissement permettrait aux clients de trouver plus facilement l entrée car celle-ci est située à l arrière de la terrasse du restaurant.

- KRAJNIK (8/5): - S obzirom da smo morali tražiti drugi smještaj jer centar Brčkog nije imao vode pa tako niti hotel ne mogu ocijeniti. Ima dovoljno parkirnih mjesta. Po dolasku smo večerali u restoranu i usput tražili drugi smještaj. Mogu reći da je ugodan, lijepo uređen, osoblje ljubazno i hrana ukusna.

Bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Klimatisiert. Lage ist nicht weit vom Zentrum. Parkplätze immer vorhanden. Hvala vam od srca sto ste tako gostoprimljivi i sto ste nam nas boravak u vašem hotelu učinili prijatnim da smo imali utisak kao da smo kod svoje kuće.
