• Valentina (7/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione per accedere a piedi al centro città. Il bagno della camera molto bello e ampio. Mi è mancata un’attenzione in più, una maggiore cura al dettaglio e al servizio. Colazione continentale con ampia scelta che non esalta la regione in cui ti trovi.

• Andybox (10/5): - Facilmente raggiungibile, in bici per quanto mi riguarda, molto vicino al centro storico di Perugia (che si raggiunge in brevissimo tempo a piedi con le scale mobili). Personale molto cortese e attento. Camere tecnologiche, moderne, silenziose e pulite. Deposito bici al chiuso con accesso tramite badge. Per chi si muove in bus c'è la stazione autocorriere a pochi metri, se si raggiunge Perugia con il treno l'albergo è a pochi metri dalla stazione Sant'Anna oppure raggiungibile con il mini metro e con il sistema di scale mobili arrivando a Perugia Fontivegge.

Alles in Plastik beim Frühstück Endreinigung des Zimmers erfolgte, ohne das wir ausgescheckt hatten Hotel für grosse Busgruppen

• Marco (3/5): - The room furniture was very new and in general very clean, comfortable mattress, well soundproofed and it was nice to have a balcony. Upon our arrival a bus with about 40 tourists just arrive and the staff at the check-in was not welcoming at all. The view from the hotel is quite bad, it basically oversee the bus station of the city which half of it is abandoned, the photo of the view that you see on the listing are not even close to reality. Breakfast was very average, wide choice of cheap products. In general I had a bad experience since I paid almost 200€ for one night for two. Heavily overpriced.

• Mateusz (8/5): A very pleasant stay in a perfect location - First, the location is perfect: - it's just outside the old city center, so you can go everywhere on foot - it's next to the main bus station, so you can get to the airport - it's fairly close to the mini-metro station (9 minutes walk in the city center) which can bring you to the railway station The room was modern and comfortable, had air-conditioning and a small balcony. The bed is comfy (maybe the pillows were just a bit too hard). The breakfast was continental giving a wide choice of bread / croissants / sweets, etc. The service was helpful, especially in the evenings, the receptionist was very helpful, spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. We had one negative interaction with the hotel staff. The night before our leave I went to reception and asked about a taxi to the airport (the bus service schedule is not very accommodating). I have learned there is no option to book a taxi in advance (strange, but not the fault of the hotel) and the receptionist wrote down my request, so the morning staff should call a taxi to arrive at the chosen time. In the morning I have found that the staff has not called the taxi yet and didn't know they were supposed to. Still, luckily we had some extra time, so I asked them to call the service. Then, after 5 minutes I've asked them about the status and only then I've learned that the taxi service doesn't respond. I know it's not the fault of the receptionist, but she could tell me that and not leave me in a false sense of safety. Only then she retried and after failing told me I can call taxi myself. In the end I've called the taxi myself — we have managed to catch the taxi 15 minutes later and get to the airport barely on time. Without the hotel help, we would get there probably sooner and with less stress. This is the first time a 4-star hotel failed me in a such standard task — otherwise I would rate the hotel 9/10.

• Massimo (10/5): Siamo stati bene e abbiamo gradito tutto. - Tutto. Pulizia. Eleganza e modernità anche nell’arredo, ottimo ad esempio il caricatore wireless inserito all’interno del comodino per ricaricare lo smartphone, disponibilità delpersonale top. Camere spaziose letti comodissimi. Ottimo sicuramente anche il Ristorante, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito. Forse qualche servizio streaming per l’intrattenimento o qualche canale Sky per eventuali partite Sara sarebbe stato il top assoluto.

La nostra camera al quinto piano aveva una vista spettacolare sulla città. Aggiungerei set di scendiletto e set cucito per evenienze dell’ultimo minuto.

Trovo dissonante che a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto elevato non venga offerta in camera neppure una bottiglia di acqua nonche' il fatto che l'accesso alla piscina sia a pagamento.

Cafe, chá e água cortesia. Estacionamento ao lado. Para meu gosto a cama era muito firme. Cafe da manha tinha várias opções, mas com baixa qualidade alguns.

• Anna (9/5): - Sehr schöne renovierte Zimmer, tolle Dusche und grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell im Zentrum der Stadt. Dass man hätte für den Pool extra Eintritt zahlen müssen. Das wurde uns vorab nicht mitgeteilt und wir hatten dann keine Lust die Extrakosten für einen kurzen Besuch im Pool auf uns zu nehmen.
