• Alexandra (8/5): - Even though the room was extremely small, this didn't bother me at all. The only problem was with the hot water system, which had to be turned on 15 minutes before use and ran out very quickly, so you had to turn it back on and wait another 15 minutes for it to heat up and be ready for use.
• Charles (10/5): Wonderful stay, very accommodating host. Impeccably kept studio, quiet...what more can you ask for? - Perfect little oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. A beautiful grapevine hangs over the structure. It's so nice and peaceful. The studio is in impeccable order, every detail is taken into consideration.

• MARIA (10/5): - Ηταν άνετο, βολικό, και πεντακάθαρο. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική καθώς είναι 5’ από το κέντρο της Κηφισιας κ 25’ λεπτά μόνο από το αεροδρόμιο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον οικοδεσπότη ο οποίος ήταν εξυπηρετικός μιας κι ήταν πρώτη φορά που κλείναμε δωμάτιο κ δεν ξέραμε την διαδικασία για να μπούμε μέσα! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα κ σίγουρα θα ξανά πάμε!
• Johannes C (10/5): Quiet stay at an ideal location with a great host - an authentic experience in an Athens suburb. - For me the location was ideal, in between public transport into the city, and the meeting venue. The neighbourhood was quiet, the studio located in the back of a mansion with a big garden. A fridge and fully equiped kitchen to use were very handy, also as a good supermarket was next to the access to the metro system in this suburb of Athens. Also, a lovely small balcony / patio to use to have breakfast with a coffee in the morning while enjoying the cats, birds and plants in the garden. Nothing was disappointing or could have been better. What took adusting were some local Athens / Greek situations, like the presense of some mosquitoes (but that's very common in Athens region and mosquito repalent was available in the room), not flushing the toilet paper (also common in Athens), and having to switch on the plug / electricity for the water boiler for the shower (also a Greek thing I believe). The humidity this time of year was high, so the climate in the room took adjusting to, but a good dehumidifier and aircondition system fuction well in the studio. It made the stay very authentic!

• Natalie (9/5): Very nice, modern and quite flat in Kifissia - The flat is tucked away in a charming garden and is a separate, private structure from the main house, which is also on the property. Although the street can be lively due to a restaurant directly across the road, we had no issues with parking—something we truly appreciated given how busy Kifissia can get. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the heart of Kifissia, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and even the train station. The flat itself is modern, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was always available, very friendly, and polite. If you're planning to stay in Athens and want to be based in Kifissia, this flat is an excellent choice!

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is very well prepared - You have a binder with the most important subjects described. Place is very comfortable and clean. Big advantage is wasching machine, it is good to have it, especially in such hot place like Athens.

• James (10/5): Great Studio Apartment - Clean, and nicely decorated. The area has lots of great spots for food nearby, albeit is still a 30 minute train journey from Athens centre. The owner was great to deal with; very responsive with messages and was friendly. The property is on a quiet street, but feels secure as it is gated and within the grounds of a large house. If we ever return to Kifissia then we shall try and book here again!
