• Flavio (10/5): Excelente escolha - Anna, nossa anfitriã, foi muito gentil e prestativa durante todeo o tempo. Na chegada, não encontramos o estacionamento e ela foi nos encontrar para levar ao local. É perto do palazzo, a cerca de 3 quadras, a referência é o hospital que fica praticamente em frente ao estacionamento. O palazzo fica a 10 minutos a pé do centro histórico e tem supermercado bem perto. Nosso apartamento ficava em andar alto, muitas escadas, mas eles avisam isso antes da reserva. Gostamos muito. Muito confortável e ainda tinha um grande terraço com uma vista bem bacana. Monopoli é uma ótima base para conhecer a parte da Puglia mais perto de Bari e do vale de Itria. Das muitas escadas para subir, mas já sabíamos de antemão que era em andar alto (até porque escolhemos o apartamento com terraço).

Endroit parfait si vous louez les deux chambres avec par exemple un autre couple d’amis ainsi vous avez toute la maison à votre disposition  Cuisine commune ( 1er étage) avec une seule table à partager avec les autres hôtes Pas d’accès au toit-terrasse, uniquement si vous avez la chambre du troisième étage. (nous étions au deuxième) L’écoulement de la douche presque bouchée.. nous avons prévenu la dame qui s’occupait du nettoyage (très gentil) afin que ce soit réparé pour les prochains hôtes. Les deux premières nuits les hôtes à l’étage au dessus étaient très bruyants et faisaient des vas et viens entre le 1er et le 3eme étage en pleine nuit..

• Lorrayne (10/5): Amazing location, very spacious, great roof top, close to everything. - Loved this apartment, split across 4 floors with a lovely roof top terrace for afternoon sun. The apartment has very spacious rooms, brilliant showers, terraces on most floors and a well stocked kitchen, although we ate out mostly. The host Anna was incredibly helpful with communication, finding the parking, booking us in for a fabulous dinner on our first night. The accommodation is so perfect for getting to the port, the lanes and everything is so close. We loved Monopoli and had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Nothing. It was brilliant.
• Margarita (9/5): Very good - Excellent location, shared kitchen/ living room available, very well equipped. Sunny terrace. Helpful host. A lot of stairs to reach the room on 3rd floor. High noisy traffic on the street in front. Had to be very precise up to the minute with the arrival time sharing to the host, which was a bit annoying for people with a small kid, traveling by plane from another country, considering delays, traffic and kids complications.

Very nice thing was the shared kitchen with dinning area for the rainy evenings. Lots of bars and bakeries near the place also private parking space at a little extra charge. Totally recommend 👌

• Vedran (8/5): lot of stairs - Good location, close to the old town. Parking space near the apartment. Balcony and terrace. Apartment is divided on several floors. Some 70 stairs in total without elevator. If you want to use kitchen and dining area you have to go down from the apartment for two floors. Very clumsy. In that sense the price is too high.
• László (10/5): Perfect location, nice and clean apt. - This quiet location was perfect for us, because we used the train mostly, the bust station and city centre was close too. Supermarket, bakeries were so close. Nice and clean apartment, big kitchen with appliances. The host was so kind, gives us good restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this place. The bed was too soft, it was unconvenient for us.

• Oyku (7/5): Good - Location is good, parking is great to have in a location like this. They do not let you check in after 8 pm and they said they would charge 10 eur per hour for late check in. This was not written in Booking.com and it was problematic to arrange it with the host. Check out is also very early at 10.00. You climb 3 floors to reach the room and it is a bit difficult with the luggage.

• Elaine (9/5): Oasis in Monopoli - The location was absolutely perfect. Walking everywhere was easy and pleasant, and it was a super quiet location to sleep in. The room was spacious, very clean. Anna was absolutely amazing. She helped provide recommendations on beaches and where to eat.

• Sagi (9/5): Great apartment ! great location! - Everything was great! Anna is great. On the first day we had a problem with the hot water, the owner of the apartment (Anna) brought someone the next day to fix it and she compensated us! There is a lot of stairs inside, but it’s worth it :)
• Oliver (9/5): Superb - Our host Anna was very nice and welcoming! gated parking and just a short walk to the city center. Nicely furnished room. Very small stairs lead up the rooms. No elevator. This was not a problem for us but for others it might be.

Anna was brilliant, she communicated with us to make sure we knew where we were going and where to park. Her English is brilliant! The parking is secure and - 3 min walk from the appartment.
