• Janice (10/5): - Cristina was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was great. Central but still quiet. The French bakery and cafe next door was amazing. We have already booked to return next year. No complaints. We just loved it.

The pictures tell only part of the story as the location is great to explore Tavira, the host helpful and communicative and the greeting was warm and friendly. There was nothing not to like about this property as it is advertised.

• Thomas (10/5): Best home away from home EVER! - Absolutely the best lodging we have rented (and we have rented over 50 properties)! Owner was fantastic, friendly and professional with great communication. Place was so clean and it had everything we could need. The washing machine and the many clotheslines made laundry day a breeze. Has a terrific bathtub too! The back porch was a highlight for breakfast under the orange tree. The location is exceptional with a short walk to the train or the bus or downtown. Quiet street and near the garbage and recycling areas. We really hope we get to stay there again! My only suggestion is to add Netflix to the television. Obviously, a very minor thing.

• Melanie (10/5): We will definitely be back. - Comfortable and close to everything! We were given bikes to use for the duration of our stay at no cost which made touring easy. Tavira is beautiful and quiet in January. Nothing.

• Sara (9/5): Lovely stay in central Tavira - We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! We were able to check-in early and were greeted with so much enthusiasm and care. Cristina was a lovely host who was very willing to give us recommendations for things to see and place to eat at :) Both check-in and check-out was very smooth and communication with Cristina via WhatsApp was very kind and supportive. Walking distance to the train and bus stop and all other locations one may wish to visit (great pizza place around the corner, the best natural icecream, ferry to the beach...!) Would stay here again! It's hard to think of anything. The sound of the air-conditioning units upstairs/next door were quite loud, so while we sat outside in the backyard a lot.. the noise level was disturbing. But you get used to it and it's not within the control of the owner :)
• Gail (9/5): Spacious well equipped apartment in the wonderful historic centre. - Lovely spacious and airy apartment. Great to have a large bathroom with a bath and not just a shower. Kitchen very well equipped with absolutely everything you need for self catering. Located in the historic centre of Tavira so surrounded by beautiful architecture and within minutes walk to main shops. Good Aldi 10 mins walk with amazing seafood selection. Well rated restaurants close. Christina was an excellent and accommodating hostess - very friendly and informative about local places to visit and always replied immediately to any questions we had. Nothing to dislike.
• Sarah (9/5): Great stay in authentic central location with lovely hosts. - Spacious, homely, authentic - great value for money with hosts that did all they could to make us feel at home, including when our adult children made short unplanned visits to stay over with us! The electrics went off a fair amount when we were cooking, though the hosts had shown us what to do to reset it, so it wasn’t too serious an issue.
• Gary (10/5): A lovely apartment in beautiful Tavira. - The size and space, and everything you need for a home from home. Cristina and Miguel are perfect hosts. Noise from the machinery (generator or something) at the bakery next to the property.
