• Gilles (9/5): Un appartement agréable, calme, à proximité des commerces, et bien placé pour visiter notamment Gand, Bruges et Bruxelle - L’appartement est confortable et bien situé. En amélioration, avoir quelques feuilles qui présentent les choses importantes / intéressantes à savoir sur l’appartement et Wetteren. Des dépliants sur les choses à faire à proximité seraient bien également.
• Sandrine (5/5): Cela pouvait être mieux !!! - L’appartement était grand, les chambres également, une grande cuisine équipée, une grande salle Il faut améliorer l’isolation car c’est une catastrophe, les fenêtres ne se ferment plus correctement et la salle de bain il faisait froid surtout en décembre pas très agréable. Et sans parler des voisins qu’on entendait au dessus on avait l’impression qu’ils étaient dans notre appartement. Et en bas un garage avec beaucoup de passage !!! Imaginez les nuits, heureusement qu’on n’est pas restés longtemps.

• Olga (10/5): Acogedor apartamento con excelente relación calidad precio - Apartamento muy espacioso y y bonito. Muy acogedor. Y propietarios muy amables. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera productos de limpieza y alimentación básicos (bayetas, escoba, aceite, etc.)

• Guest (3/5): Very disappointing & impacted on our first trip to Belgium. - The beds were clean and comfortable. There is a history of domestic violence in the upstairs property (also owned by the same landlord), which the landlord was aware of before our stay. On our first night, an attempt was made to kick in the front entrance door by the ex-partner of the upstairs tenant and we were frightened by this and the shouting that followed until at least 3.00am. We were scared for our own safety and that of the tenant who had two very young children. We understand the Police were called. We contacted the landlord about this the next day and were advised that they knew about the issues already, including that the tenant’s ex-partner have repeatedly behaved in this way and is often under the influence of drugs. We asked for a refund for our first night and this was denied. We were offered another night’s stay but could not accept this due to our travel plans. Otherwise, the property was not very clean; rugs were dirty, the sofa was heavily stained, and dishes had to be rewashed before use.

• Sven (4/5): - 3 Bäckereien fußläufig innerhalb 5 Minuten erreichbar, deren Öffnungszeiten so sind, dass immer mindestens eine offen hat. Lebensmittelläden im näheren Umfeld vorhanden. Gute Anbindung an die Autobahn. Bahnhof mit direkter Verbindung nach Brüssel, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar Sauberkeit: - Im Wohnzimmer überall Hundehaare - Auf dem Esstisch waren Haare - Auf einem Kopfkissen Haare, vermutlich vom Vorgänger aufgefunden - Auf der Waschmaschine lag ein schmutziger Duschteppich - Ablagen im Kühlschrank nicht sauber Ausstattung: - Matratzen sind kleiner als die Betten - Defekte Tür an der Einbauküche - Fenster im kleinen Schlafzimmer konnte wegen eines Defekts der Schließfunktion nur gekippt werden. Sonstiges - Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens im Bad war verstopft und das Wasser floss nur sehr langsam ab. - Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und müßte dringend einmal ausgetauscht werden Parkmöglichkeiten: Im Inserat wird mit Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft geworben, erst in einer späteren Mail wird erwähnt das man auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, der sich 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft befindet parken kann. Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters: Da sich dieser nicht vor Ort war und auch nicht über die Notfallnummer erreichbar war, konnten wir die Mängel auch nicht an den Vermieter adressieren, damit diese zeitnah hätten behoben werden können.
• Cristina (7/5): Apartamento recomendable para familias - Era una zona muy tranquila pero con buena comunicación que es lo que buscamos. Parking gratuito más o menos cerca. Y bastante menaje para poder cocinar. Lo recomendamos para familias Habíamos planificado la llegada a las 3 y nos encontramos que acaba de llegar la persona de la limpieza, teniendo que irnos otra vez con las maletas y hacer tiempo para entrar. No nos indicaron como teníamos que proceder con la basura generada, estaría bien un papel de bienvenida con las cosas básicas

• Sylwester (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, well-kept, pleasant surroundings, good contact with the owner, a nice surprise were additional sets of towels, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook yourself. I was with my wife and son and we had a very nice time in this place. I highly recommend it to everyone
• Peggy (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect for what we needed Smelled of cigarettes when we walked into the communal area , very noisy as new baby in flat under us , no sofa bed in the lounge , we came with two teens there where two double beds in the bedrooms , would have been nice to have one double and two singles in other room or sofa bed ! My son slept on the sofa cushions on the floor in the lounge as no other option. Very basic not enough pillows for the beds ! No parking outside we were told to buy a parking card , and park outside but there is nowhere to park ! The location was perfect for walking into the town
