• Sydney (8/5): Big comfy house for a family. Enjoyable stay. - It was clean, close to the centre, large house, comfortable beds and central heating was amazing. The host was great. We would definitely stay here again. Would love another TV or 2 in the bedrooms and bigger washing machine and dryer. The internet was great too. Only one smallish TV, small washing machine and dryer. The power kept tripping if dishwasher was on at the same time as the washing machine and dryer. The microwave needs replacing as int one button works. Both power outlets in the kitchen were sparking so they need to be looked at.

• Elle (6/5): Spacious quiet place in need of a deep clean - Really good location. Spacious property. Great wifi throughout the house. The property is equipped with an alarm system which is great. The house is on the pricey side for its current state: ripped wallpaper and curtains, stains on walls and bed linen, hair and dust across the house esp. the bathrooms and old damaged furniture. A thorough deep clean and freshen up of the house is needed.
• Bob (4/5): Disappointed. We should have looked closer at the property before booking. We wouldn’t stay here again. - Very nice outdoor sitting area and close to town. It was just old. Furniture had a 60’s feel and the beds were very soft. Some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned. Pots were worn out. The primary bathroom had some significant mold present and a dirty towel had been left behind from the previous tenant.

• Keven (8/5): Very good - Great space for our group. Large garage was awesome for our mountain bikes. Two showers were great. The house was slightly dated
• Liezle (7/5): Weekend Stay with Friends - Handy location, close to town, and several tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are mostly clean and tidy, and the kitchen is relatively well equipped. The shower in the main bathroom was not very clean (tapware had mold on it) The beds were very soft and comfortable if that's what you like, but too soft for me Headboards on single beds are not attached to the bed, so every time you move, it knocks on the wall
• Helen (9/5): We were very happy. - We liked the central location and very comfortable, spacious, well equipped house. Very minor issues. Brochures from Wanaka to Whangarei but very little about Rotorua. Some milk and ground coffee would have been nice on arrival.

• Wai (8/5): Very good - The apartment is clean and near amenities ( eateries, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc ). The washer and dryer are really useful ( could have provided more washing powder ) The cooking pans need to be replaced and all of them are already sticky pans instead of non-stick pans. Also, the condition of the bbq grill should be better. It’s a shame that we cannot use the existing grill to experience outdoor cooking. Should provide indoor footware, tissue boxes and scissors in the kitchen.
