- Ahmed (1/5): - I did not stay in this apartment. As soon as I made the reservation and the money was deducted from me, the hotel contacted me and asked me to cancel the reservation immediately because there was someone else who wanted this room. I canceled the reservation as per their request. I asked them when the money would be refunded and they said they did not know and they said to call Booking and ask them.
