• Sandra (6/5): War in Ordnung; aber kein 2. mal - Schöne und neue Einrichtung. Das Gebäude ist ein typisch alter Plattenbau. Die Unterkunft befand sich im 5. Stockwerk, das leider nicht aus der Beschreibung hervor ging. Mit einem Kleinkind war es leider etwas unpraktisch das Gepäck zu schleppen. Vor allem bei den aktuellen Außentemperaturen >30 Grad, staute sich die Hitze im Treppenhaus, da die Wohnung eine Etage unter dem Dachgeschoss liegt. Das Bad war fensterlos und vermutlich durch den Beuler (man sollte den immer ausmachen, wenn man kein warm Wasser benötigt) und durch die Fußbodenheizung (die sehr wahrscheinlich an war) sehr warm war und so zusätzlich Hitze in den Flur ausgestrahlt hat. Der Parkplatz ist zwar umsonst vor der Tür; aber nur für „Könner“, da man je nach Auto nicht drehen kann (Sackgasse) und somit immer rückwärts ausparken muss. Preisleistung war leider etwas zu teuer.
• Polina (8/5): Comfortable apartment to stay - Exceptionally welcoming host, clear instructions on how to access apartment. Everything was tidy and pleasing, high quality materials, washing machine and a dishwasher are great additions to comfort. Shutters helped form sun and conditioner worked well during night. I believe shower drain could benefit from cleaning. Also, second room doesn't have air conditioning, so vent might help to mix air.

• Paulina (9/5): Nice! - Really nice and new apartment! All clean and so comfortable. Ideal for two people. :) Take into account that the apartment is in a 4th floor and there is no elevator if you have so many luggage.
• Ayunda (9/5): Excellent comfortable cozy stay - This apartment was exactly as pictured. All the utilities were in great condition and the room was very comfortable. Everything is very clean, cozy and well designed. The living room was quite spacious and the kitchen and fridge was perfect for us three. Bathroom was also very nice and the washing machine was really handy as well as the drying rack outside the windows. There was more than enough linen and blankets and the AC was very useful for warm summer days. Location is really close to the supermarket and cafes with nice quiet neighbourhood. The host was very kind and flexible with quick response. The apartment is on the 4th floor with only stairs, so be ready to climb up the stairs with your suitcase. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom so bring your own. Location was quite far from the city center but Ubers and buses are very convenient to find.
