Riccardo (7/5): Appartamentino a 10 min dalla metro - A 10 minuti dalla stazione della metro su Yamamote Line. Mobili molto impolverati. Letto molto piccolo per due adulti ed un bimbo piccolo. La posizione fornita non era precisa e ci ha richiesto del tempo individuare la location.

Amit (7/5): Good stay in a an easily accessible area but serives should be improved - Easy access to the property and nearby metro stations and convenient stores We stayed for 5 nights, sadly there was no room cleaning given even once during our stay. The lift was dirty including the foyer area and towels were not in good condition.
Alessio (3/5): Non consiglierò mai questa struttura non si preoccupano del benessere degli ospiti - I letti sono scomodissimi ho avuto mal di schiena per tutto il soggiorno, nonostante avessi segnalato immediatamente non si sono preoccupati di risolvere il problema, inoltre ho prenotato per tre persone ed ho trovato solo un letto, il terzo abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi con una sorta di materassino a terra I letti improponibili non si riesce a dormire e se si soffre di schiena si rischia di passare una vacanza di inferno. Potrebbero cambiarli per quello che costa

Richard (7/5): An ok stay but spacious. - It’s spacious. Bed creeks so much. It’s sinking on one side and kind of neglected. The lights were super hard to adjust to get it to the correct light. Example: i have to click it multiple times to get it to be bright. If i click a random area on the switch, it turns on orange lights instead. Interesting nightlight feature though. A bit far walk from Tamachi station, but at least there were lots of convenience stores nearby. I saw many guests confused on where to find the location. I had to help them personally on where to go and what to press.

CHIKAKO (9/5): 綺麗で快適、落ち着くお部屋♪ - 宿泊前の問い合わせメールをした際、とても感じが良かったです。玄関を開けたらとても綺麗で驚きました。エアコンをつけてくれていて、到着時、雨でびしょ濡れで寒かったので嬉しかったです。室内も水回りも綺麗で快適でした。スーパーやコンビニが近く便利です。欲を言えば洗面器が欲しかった笑

Sandra (9/5): Modernes Appartement in sehr guter Lage - Gute Lage, 10 Minuten von der Tamachi Station entfernt. Sehr ruhig. Das tolle WC mit sehr vielen Funktionen. Sehr ausführliche Beschreibung, wie man die Unterkunft findet. Café, Restaurants und Läden fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Minisofa für Kinder und ein sehr niedriger Tisch, ca. 35 cm hoch. Keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, was aber wohl japanischer Standard ist.

Luana Rocio (9/5): - Lugar comodo con lo necesario para poder estar en Tokyo. La cocina equipada, baño comodo y el espacio suficiente para 3 personas. Un poco amontonadas pero asi es Tokyo!
Daisuke (8/5): よい宿泊先に巡り合えて感謝です。 - 駅からも近く、お店やコンビニも周りに充実していて便利でした。お部屋も清潔で快適、特にベッドの寝心地が最高でした。最寄りの港が近いのでまた空いていたら利用したいと思いました。冬場に宿泊したので乾燥がひどく、加湿器か加湿器付きの空気清浄機があればうれしかったです。あと炊飯器があるともっと自炊ができたかなと思いました。
Takami (9/5): 結構くつろげました - 初めてこういうタイプの所を選びましたが、ホテルなどと違って他の宿泊者に気を遣わないでいられたのが楽で良かったです。キッチンや食器、洗濯機も助かりました。近隣で食事や買い物も便利です。スリッパが1足破損していました。あまり使わない人もいたので大きくは支障なかったです。ホコリがたまってる箇所もあったので、お掃除はもう少し頑張っていただけると…。
Jacob (9/5): - Great location close to metro and coast, close enough to the center of Tokyo but without the traffic and crowds, the room was quite spacious with all the amenities needed for a long stay The mattress was small for two people and very uncomfortable, creaky springs that were noisy if you moved too much

Yuichi (8/5): - 予約した時には気づかなかったのですが、アパートメントホテルでした。良い点コンロ、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、食器等が充実しており近隣に「まいばすけっと」等の比較的安い食材を手に入れやすいスーパーもあるため使用勝手は最高でした。悪い点先ず、宿泊に関する情報がPDFで来るため、私のスマホでは開くとこが出来ず何度も調整が必要となりました。（最終的にスクショで対処）次にコンロがあるのに消火器はエレベーターのドア付近にあるため防火管理に不安が有りました。（宿泊された他の方の火の取り扱いが分からないため）同様に包丁も備え付けられているので、他の宿泊者に会いませんように…と、ドアを開ける度に思っていました。また、浴室が変な臭いが有り、残念な気持ちになりました。最後に次に近隣に宿泊する時には、また利用したいと思います。（洗濯機がある!!これが大変良かったです。）ファブリーズなんかも備え付けてもらえれば更に良いかと思います。

Verified traveler (6/5): 期待改善 - 1）床墊好大嘎嘎聲不斷 2）電視遙控器後面缺一片護住電池的板用膠帶黏住，常常感應不良，難開啟關閉 3）Wifi 很👎，出狀況，常常沒有網路連結，有時候會自動跳到失效的網路，有聯絡解決，但出狀況不斷，所以後來放棄，浪費太多時間了 3）面紙缺貨3天，只好自行購買 4）這次住2樓，房內常常聽到吱吱聲，不知道從哪裡來的 5）住了兩個多星期，比以前住在這裡的狀況差很多一年來在這裡住過幾次，都在高樓層，差不多有二個月，都覺得不錯，只有這次令我們失望，提供經驗，期待改善，下次仍會選擇住宿。謝謝

Shingo (10/5): - if you don't mind walking a few minutes from Tamachi station, this apartment style hotel is way more spacious than any business hotel. It's new, clean with full amenities, very convenient. The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)

Maria (10/5): Met our needs and some of our wants. Great job. - It worked well for what we needed and a little of what we wanted. Everything worked, just like we experienced previously in other properties. Great Job. Small issues; since floor space is at such a premium, not only the TV, but also the router equipment needs to hang from the ceiling or be on the wall/shelf to free up places for luggage and occupants belongings. A little cubby hole or shelf to hold the three controllers would be nice as well to keep them handy and safe.
Sangho (8/5): 베스트 됴쿄에서 추천 - 지하철 역까지 12분 정도이고 시설도 나쁘지않았습니다. 단지 화장 실이 너무좁아 씻는데 불편했지만 방 상태 좋고 잠자기 좋았습니다.
Giselle (10/5): - My partner and I loved our 11 day stay here. It is only a 7 minute walk from the Tamachi station. If you need extra towels for your stay, you can either wash them or go downstairs in the back for more. The check in & check out process was smooth. The bed was so comfortable and we loved how quiet the room was, despite it being on a busy street. The only thing that gave us issues was the WiFi (we were unable to connect). Thank you Seaside Tamachi! 😊

TOMOAKI (10/5): - 出張での民泊利用は初めてでしたが、快適に過ごせました。特に洗濯機＆洗剤と共にハンガーの数が多かったことは◎。シェィバーと部屋着が無いのでこのあたりは注意が必要。前に宿泊されていた方のゴミ(タバコの箱)が机の下に落ちていたことが唯一残念でした。ベッドが低く、柔らかい為、腰の悪い人は少し注意する必要がありそうです。
