- Jane (7/5): Convenient, relatively cheap, different from before - We’ve stayed here a number of times whilst attending the Brno Moto GP. As quite basic but clean and tidy accommodation it’s represented good value, with breakfast included each day, and convenient for getting to the track. This time, in the five years since the Moto GP was last held in Brno, the price had more or less doubled, and breakfast was an additional cost (£6 per person, Saturday and Sunday only). It’s still relatively good value for money but our observation would be that its charm has been overtaken by keen commercial interest. That is well understood, of course, but a bit disappointing given how it used to be. We were quite surprised on our final day to be woken at 0600 by somebody strimming the grass outside our room.
