Proporcional guarda sol e cadeiras. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar, chamamos a manutenção por problemas a resolver na casa, nunca foram. Notamos também poucas opções de utensilios na cozinha. O atendente do serviço de praia muito rude, má vontade e grosseiro. As meninas atendiam super bem , cordiais.

- Euna (6/5): - 좋은점> 1. 어린 아이가 있는 가족여행에 적합합니다. 콘도출입문이 바로해변으로 연결되기 때문입니다. 아담한 해변에서 아파트에 비치된 해변의자를 가져가 쉬고 모래장난하기 좋습니다. 2. 바로 아래에 식당들이 있어 저녁해결하기 좋습니다. 3. 수퍼, 약국등이 주변에 많아 물이나 간단 약품을 구매하기 좋습니다 예약시 주의할점> 호텔과 레지던스를 잘확인해서 예약하세요. 우리는 3명으로 구성된 가족이고, 호텔인줄알고 예약했더니 레지던스였습니다. 레지던스는 조식이 포함되지않습니다 대신 조리도구가 갖춰진 주방이 있습니다 문제점> 1. 온수보일러가 벽에 부착된 전자식입니다. 수압이 약하고 온도조절이 불가능합니다. 2. 침구청소상태가 불량합니다 침대에 누웠을때 먼지 냄새가 심하게 났고, 안방침대에서는 흰 시트에서 많은 머리카락이 발견되어 교체를 부탁했습니다.
- Regiane (2/5): Overpriced. Disgusting situation with the cockroaches. - location was superb. Very old house, poor kitchen, bathrooms too small, kitchen incomplete, no dishwasher although the website was saying complete kitchen. Cockroaches in the house, bugs bite the kids. House in need of pest control urgent. I can understand pernilongos because property is near the beach but cockroaches are unacceptable. Overpriced house. The problems were reported on the check in day but the management addressed the issue only when I sent them a video and a picture of the cockroaches on the kitchen countertop. Also, very tiny little worms on the bedsheets when I first checked into the room. The management in their defense said I was the first guest complaining about the house. The house pictures shows a very nice house on the contrary of the reality. Very disappointed with the whole situation. I came with my family from the USA and choose Jurerê expecting higher standards for a $14.000,00 stay. If a recommend the place? yes, but not house 617. Plus, minimum stay of 8 nights and NO washer or dryer in the house. Never again!!!!
- Martha (8/5): Muito bom - Localização maravilhosa, pé na areia e perto de tudo. A casa muito boa mas poderiam fazer alguns reparos (geladeira descascando, abajur com mofo, cupim) que ficaria 100%. Mas para quem tem criança pequena é muito boa a infra do condomínio
- Eugenio (10/5): - Excelente el lugar. En líneas generales todo muy bueno, hermoso y en muy buenas condiciones. Las casas súper completas con todas las comodidades. A mi criterio, lo único que creo le faltaría al condominio es una piscina para los días que no se puede hacer playa por la marea alta.

- Roberto (10/5): Muito bom para Família - Local muito bom pra família. Estacionamento grátis. A limpeza era diária mediante agendamento. Áreas comuns limpas e bem cuidadas. Localização excelente.
- Caio (6/5): - Considerando que a governança fica em outra propriedade, o processo de check-in e check-out é complicado assim como o procedimento para limpeza (que você precisa solicitar previamente por telefone todos os dias). Há muitas escadas para acesso ao apartamento e é necessário empurrar os equipamentos de praia pelas escadas. Apesar de solicitado, o gerente e atendentes não disponibilizaram vaga (nem mediante oferta de pagamento adicional) tampouco indicaram um estacionamento conveniado onde o carro pudesse ficar estacionado. Chuveiro elétrico de baixíssima qualidade.

Foram bons Dias de descanso mas Como choveu e ficamos bastante tempo dentro do apartamento e sentimos falta do conforto na sala !

- CLEONILSON (10/5): Prático e econômico - O Villas Jurerê são apartamentos completos para uso, com roupas de cama, banho, louças e utensílios de cozinha e são prestados serviços de camararia diariamente. O local é seguro, em frente a praia de Jurerê. Ficamos no ap 774, que tinha um carrinho de praia com cadeiras e guarda-sóis. O staff é muito atencioso e solícito. Adoramos a estada. Uma combinação na medida da praticidade e comodidade de um hotel com a economia de um locação de temporada.
