• Elisabeth (6/5): - Leeuwarden ist eine wert. Der Bereich Wohnzimmer, Küche waren okay. Schlafzimmer klein und einfach. Bad und WC klein und nicht so schön.Treppe nach oben gefährlich. Nicht für Kinder und Senioren geeignet. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Vermieter hat es nicht bereinigt.
• barnaari2 (9/5): - A lakás előtt volt saját parkoló. A konyha jól felszerelt volt. Volt fűszer, kávé, tea. A 2 személyes ágyon 2 külön matrac volt, ami szétcsúszott. A matrac nagyon puha volt.
• Ivan (8/5): Su e giù in un bel appartamento Olandese - Lo stile tipicamente Olandese, scale in legno, anche se ripide, sono un classico degli appartamenti di quella regione Ingresso totalmente buio, molto scomodo al rientro alla sera e la mattina quando siamo partiti, ci siamo dovuti aiutare con le torce dei cellulari, anche in salotto/cucina dei faretti a soffitto non funzionavano.
• Troost (7/5): Perfecte locatie voor een weekendje Leeuwarden - Perfecte locatie, dichtbij de supermarkt en het centrum van Leeuwarden. Gratis parkeren voor de deur op eigen terrein. Het appartement heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig op het gebied van electra en afwerking.

• Jessica (7/5): Gute Ferienwohnung für Gruppen wenn alle schwindelfrei sind - schöne, große Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung, Weihnachtsbaum :) Die Treppe war abenteuerlich.

• Kayleigh (6/5): Voor de prijs een prima verblijf voor een weekendje. - Het was een kleinschalig appartement, maar het had alles. Prima keuken, bankstel en kamers + badkamer. Het had op bepaalde plekken wel onderhoud nodig. De keuken was oud, overal kraakte het en de bedden waren niet fijn.

• Sarina (10/5): Super - Keuken,woonkamer, alles aanwezig. Bij aankomst een leuk kaartje met wat lekkers uit friesland. We voelde ons zeer welkom. Tegen vallen is een groot woord. Stappelbed is beetje lastig daar de trap precies in midden vh bed zit. Maar verder was alles gewoon meer dan perfect

• Christian (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt nah an der City. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Direkt nebenan ist auch eine Ladestation vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, die gut eingerichtet ist. Leider war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Die Heizung hat das Wohnzimmer auf maximal 18 Grad heizen können. Haustür und Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind undicht, so dass es ständig leicht zieht. In der Küche hätten wir uns noch einen Toaster gewünscht. Die Dusche kann man nur kurz benutzen, da sonst das Wasser aus der Duschwanne läuft.
• Julia (3/5): Stark Renovierungsbedürftig - Das Appartement war nah am Stadtzentrum, die Lage war für uns perfekt! Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist leider wirklich schlecht. Einige Dinge scheinen von Anfang an nicht gut gemacht worden zu sein, andere Dinge sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen. So war eins der Fenster schimmelig, die Sofas fleckig und die gesamte Küchenfläche aufgequollen usw. Außerdem war es leider auch nicht sehr sauber, vor allem die Kochutensilien und das Geschirr waren dreckig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.

• Elfrink (5/5): Sfeervol, maar veel achterstallig onderhoud - Locatie ideaal, 10 minuten lopen naar centrum. Sfeervolle woonkamer. Vriendelijke host. Koffie, thee, kruiden aanwezig. Vreselijk steile trap naar slaapkamers. Niet te doen voor kleine kinderen en ouderen. Trap was zo steil als een ladder en open aan een kant, erg gevaarlijk. Badkamer en keuken waren niet schoon. Rest van het huis was wel schoon. Nogal veel vlekken op het bankstel en keuken aan vervanging toe.

• Baltus (8/5): Goede accomodatie. Alles was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. Dicht bij de stad, dat is ook fijn. - Dicht bij de stad. Alles was aanwezig voor een weekend weg. Bij binnenkomst merkte wij dat er flink in huis gerookt was. Dat vonden wij een minpuntje. Beter niet in huis roken.

• Spelthan-Engert (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut ,die Stadt fußläufig erreichbar.Ausstattung sehr gut, in der Küche alles vorhanden.Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend, war immer erreichbar. Wir waren mit 7Personen in beiden Apartments , für ältere Leute und Kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen, da die Treppen extrem steil sind.

• luciana (7/5): - La ubicación y la cantidad de habitaciones Las escaleras. Muy empinada y escalones angostos (bien holandesas). Que donde estaban las habitaciones no había toilet y había que bajar esa escalera

Mooi compleet appartement - Gezellig leuk appartement. 2 grote slaapkamers met 2 x 2 persoonsbedden en 1 klein kamertje met een klein bed waar je niet langer dan 1,80 voor moet zijn ,maar was ook een prima bed. Alles zit in het appartement , trap is wat stijler dan normaal maar prima te doen. Al met al 3 fijne dagen gehad , prima geslapen en lekker dicht bij de stad 10 lopen. Parkeren voor de deur is ideaal en aardige verhuurders. Dank jullie wel 😃👍 Doucheputje ruikt iets.

• Corry (7/5): Good value - Location was great, close to city centre, and supermarket with parking o the property The lock box code had been changed and we waited 90 mins b4 we could enter the property. We had a few challenges with toilet not flushing. There is only a shower upstairs (no toilet) and bedrooms were quite small with door difficulty to open

• Sandra (8/5): Lovely city stay in Leeuwarden - Lovely town, and excelent location, near the city center, and supermarkets. The cleaning can be improved, but besides that its a very nice apartment, and perfect for families.

They really like the place but the only complain was - Good location and good if travel with group Not really friendly for eldery if they take the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom doesn't have shower curtain but not necessary
• George (5/5): Good for being close to the centre for younger and agile people - No breakfast provided. Location was perfect for proximity to family and the city centre. We are over 70 years old and the apartment stairs were quite concerning for us. The upstairs bathroom did not have a toilet and having to go downstairs was frightening for us. Fortunately we spent most of our time out of the apartment. There was no instruction for using the wifi, if there was any provided by the owners

• Kyra (7/5): Practical and suitable for a short stay - Dry close to the city and perfect for a couple of days. Simple but all that you need Some things are made in a cheap way. Toilet flush cover fell off, tab for the sink can’t fully open cause of being installed wrong.
• M (7/5): Good apartment with access to the city but some drawbacks - Comfortable apartment with all amenities. Was ready when we arrived. The toilet is in a closet on main floor. Shower and bedroom is on second floor up a super steep staircase so it's pretty awkward. Communication could be better about lock box and internet as there were no instructions provided. Loud neighbors above and beside as walls are really thin.
