• Paula (7/5): - Great location in the center of Rome in a lovely historic building. The rooms are beautifully renovated and very comfortable, and there’s a nice little roof deck. Just be aware this is not a full-service hotel - the front desk was only staffed for parts of the day.
• Geert (9/5): Verzorgde guesthouse in een fancy buurt ! - Leuke buurt, mooie stijlvolle kamer, netjes, behulpzame dame aan de receptie. Terras om te verpozen. Dichtbij metro, boetiekjes en bezienswaardigheden. ‘s Nachts heerlijk stil ! Weinig ! De nabije muziekacademie zorgde wel voor wat geluidshinder. De gratis muziek op het terras was meestal niet mooi.

• Julie (9/5): Charming property on a “quieter” street in the heart of Rome. Bravo - The property is fantastic in the heart of Rome. The manager Leesa? Was absolutely amazing with her help and navigation! Only thing is access. I think you need signs in the lobby how what floor you are on and how to operate elevator. Or this information could be sent via a message for security reasons. That is the only reason I gave a 4.

• Saldias Silva (9/5): Muy bien la habitación pero falta personal que te atienda - No me gusto que no avisaran que había que entrar con un código y tuve que esperar con mi maletas afuera, y tener que contactar por watsapp a la persona que no fuera a recibir. Muy incomodó debieran enviar el código de entrada y las instrucciones para hacer el ingreso. Es mas cuando nos retiramos no había nadie y justo llegaron unos huéspedes y yo les indique lo que debían hacer. Esta mejora hará que sean mejores.

• Andrew (6/5): This would have been a 9.5/10 if not for the hot water issue. - The location is fantastic, everything you need on you doorstep and walking distance to many attractions. It is strange not having anyone to speak too in person when issues arise but Lisa was very friendly and responsive when we contacted her. The rooms are on the small side, particularly the bathroom, but they are very comfortable, clean and well laid out. Not all advertised amenities were available in our room (iron and safe) but not a major issue. We did have a couple of issues with the cleaning but the one we raised was dealt with quickly. We stayed for three nights and the only real negative for us was that there was no hot water for two days and no one who could sort this issue out. Lisa was very apologetic, but unfortunately this is a basic requirement for any accommodation and the money you pay, really not acceptable, I would expect more.

These are rooms vs a hotel - so if you arrive outside of the hours when the desk is manned you will receive instruction on how to access - this isn't an issue though. Nothing

• Christopher (7/5): - Very central close to Spanish Steps. Great restaurants just outside the the hotel and neighboring streets. Very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, I liked the interior design. Reception is mostly unmanned. So complaints or issues need to be done via WhatsApp. Not easy to ask about typical stuff as a guest. The water in show was cold three out of three days, both mornings and evenings. The room was thin-walled and poorly insulated. You could hear all conversations and what was said on TV in the next door room. We were unlucky to have a loud American talking to her mother for 1.5 hour last evening.

• Orit (8/5): - Great location. Lisa was a very sweet, kind and welcoming hostess. The late check-in was easy, and they kindly let us stay 2 hours after formal check-out. A walk of 15-45 minutes took us to every place we were interested in. Bonus for classical music lovers: The place is around the corner of the Santa Cecilia Music Academy, so we enjoyed beautiful music whenever we were in the room (If you don`t like it, you just close the window...)

• May (9/5): חדר נקי ויפה במיקום הכי טוב בעיר - חדר יפה ונקי במיקום מושלם ברומא רק 4 דק הליכה מהמדרגות הספרדיות המלון הוא מלון דירות שנמצא ברחוב שקט במיקום הכי מרכזי בעיר כל האטרקציות המפורסמות במרחק הליכה עד 30 דק. יש מספר מנעולים כדי להגיע למתחם כך שמרגישים מאוד בנוח ויטוריה הייתה מקסימה וחייכנית והסבירה לנו במפורט על האזור החדר קטן יחסית, ושומעים די טוב את המתרחש בדירות האחרות חוץ מזה, היה מעולה ובהחלט שווה לחזור לשם שוב

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, so we didn’t need a car or public transport at all. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also received fresh towels every single day, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. A special thank you to Vittoria, who kindly allowed us a late check-in after our flight was delayed, and even offered to let us leave our luggage at reception after check-out so we could enjoy the city a bit longer without any hassle. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

• Maria (9/5): - Очень удобное расположение отеля. До метро минут 7, оттуда удобно добираться до вокзала. Вокруг куча кафе и магазинов. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Номер понравился, удобная кровать, подушки, гель для душа и шампунь пахнут просто изумительно! В номере есть все, что нужно. В отеле есть лифт! Хозяйка отеля замечательная женщина! Нигде не написано какой этаж, пришлось искать номер телефона и спрашивать. Без интернета это было бы невозможно. Другие новые жильцы тоже не понимали как попасть в отель, приходилось помогать. Уборщицы плохо моют пол, тк мои белые носки были очень грязными. В номере было достаточно темно, но это центр и здания располагаются близко друг к другу
