• Angelique (10/5): Superverblijf!! - Prachtig huis, waar niks aan ontbreekt; alles wat je nodig hebt is er! Het bed slaapt heerlijk (heel belangrijk) en vanaf het balkon een mooi uitzicht. Op wandelafstand (ongeveer 15-20 minuten) van Kokkari. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: top! Ik kan niets bedenken..

• Thomas (10/5): Die Unterkunft erfüllt alle Wünsche und Stelios ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle und ha - Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und die Lage, knapp außerhalb von kokkari, ist für diejenigen super, die nur auf Wunsch den Trubel suchen. Gab nichts zu beanstanden.
• Ozge (10/5): Had a wonderful stay. Will come back. - The house was spotless clean and newly and very tastefullly renovated. It has a great terrace with a sea view where we always had our breakfast. The house had everything we needed and was close to beaches and Kokkari. The owner was very communicative and helpful. He let us arrive early, helped us with our luggages, made great suggestions and also let us do a late checkout. As 4 ladies as a family, we felt also very safe with our stay. We will come back. Nothing really.
• Marlene (9/5): Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage - rundum empfehlenswert! - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber fußläufig zum Zentrum von Kokkari, sodass wir sowohl entspannen als auch Ausflüge unternehmen konnten oder auf einen Kaffee oder Kleinigkeit zu essen in Strandnähe oder Kokkari gehen konnten. Das Haus selbst war bestens ausgestattet, modern und sehr gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit Meerblick, auf der wir viele entspannte Tage und Abende verbracht haben. Stelios, der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es hat quasi an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Leider gab es keine Sonnenliegen und die Stühle waren auf Dauer etwas unbequem, so daß man zum Sonnen immer an den Strand gehen musste. Der Weg dahin war zwar nicht weit, aber wegen 2 Stunden bleiben wir sonst gerne am Haus.

• Sharon (10/5): Samos perfection - What a wonderful modern maisonette. Super comfortable. Lovely kitchen for preparing your own meals which we did. Just across the road is a pebbly beach of clear blue water for your morning or all day swimming. Stelios gave us a list a fabulous restaurants to visit we did. We weren’t disappointed. • Norbert (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hat uns super Tipps für Restaurant in der Umgebung gegeben. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand.
• Durukan (10/5): Perfect - Everything was great. Mr. Stelios was helpful with everything. Our hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is very close to Kokaria and within walking distance of Lemonakia Beach, the most beautiful beach in Samos. I would love to stay at this place again on my next vacation. I highly recommend it. Since it's not in the city center, you'll be more comfortable with a private car or rental car.
• Sabrina (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und super Ausstattung! Sehr schön eingerichtet. In dem Haus gibt es Rollladen. Toll für alle, die gerne dunkel schlafen. Gibt wirklich nichts!
• Cirsten (10/5): Besser geht nicht! - Ein super netter Empfang von Stelios (Besitzer) der uns noch tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Strände und Restaurants gegeben hat. Eine Flasche Weißwein gab es zur Begrüßung. Toller Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an Nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und den Schlafzimmern einfach ein Traum. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Sogar Geschirrtabs, Müllbeutel und Waschmittel etc. ist vorhanden. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Der Steinstrand mit Taverne ist nur über die Straße, einem Hang hinunter, gut erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft bekommt von uns 5 Sterne + Die Anreise zur Unterkunft erschwerte sich, da es keine genauere Anschrift gab. Dank Google Maps haben wir es mit Umwegen dann gefunden.

• Susanne (10/5): Hier hat einfach alles gepasst um sich vom Alltag zu erholen. - Das Ferienhaus hat eine Tölle Raumaufteilung. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Außerdem hat uns die Privatsphäre und die Ruhe gefallen.
• onLINEr (10/5): Μοναδικό, ξεκούραστο και απολύτως καθαρό - Ενα απο τα καλυτερα μερη που εχουμε μεινει. Μεγαλοι χωροι και πεντακαθαρο. Σε πολυ καλο σημειο κοντα στο Κοκκαρι αλλα και τις 3 μεγαλες βορειες παραλίες. Η κουζινα πληρης με συσκευες καλης ποιοτητας. Ο ανεμιστηρας οροφης μεγαλο plus Δεν βρηκαμε σημαντικα προβληματα κατα τη διαμονη μας. Στις προτάσεις μας θα ηταν καλυτερη σκιαση το πρωι απο τον ηλιο στο μπροστινο μπαλκόνι.

• Reagan (10/5): Fantastic, modern and newly built accomodation with a friendly host. Up against the mountain side made for beautiful vie - A very modern and clean accommodation. Private facility with a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and the accommodation provides start up amenities for the first few days. Stelios, our host, was very approachable and provided great recommendations for us to explore around the island. We would highly recommend the accommodation for anyone that is visiting the scenic and peaceful island of Samos. We would’ve liked a microwave, as we prepared most of our meals at the accommodation and had to warm our meals on the stove.

Stelios was the perfect host: always willing to help but not imposing, and respectful of our needs and privacy. I can't fault our stay - he had thought of everything. The decor is tasteful, the bed very comfortable, the showers powerful, the view is fabulous! Great WiFi and two TVs. Nice modern kitchen. There's a road in between but it's right opposite Lemonakia beach and you're up high so you just get a fabulous sunrise behind mountains every morning and it's close to the lovely town of Kokkari. I can't recommend this property enough... It was all amazing...

• Yasar (10/5): One of the best places we stayed for summer vacation. - Very comfortable, stylish decoration, furniture and everything brand new, air conditioning in all spaces and also ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Perfect location for beaches on the north coast. Our host Stelios is a wonderful person. Absolutely nothing.

• Daphne (10/5): The perfect oasis above beautiful Lemonakia beach. - Perfect in every way. Outstanding location within easy walking distance to two beautiful beaches. Newly built to a very high standard with wonderful views over Lemonakia. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable with every modern convenience. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The host, Stelios, was very welcoming and helpful. Recommend without hesitation. There was nothing we didn’t like.
• Juliana (10/5): Stelios the owner was incredibly helpful to us and was always around if we needed anything. The place was beautiful and - The property is less than a year old so everything is in a pretty new condition. The views are lovely and there is the added charm of some fresh lemon, lime, olive and plum trees around the property. In Samos you need to have a car to reach most places regardless but it was located only a short drive from central kokkari and right across the road from the beautiful Tsamadou and lemonakia beach. It was all fantastic. I am used to having a shower screen back home, but this is something very minor and seems to be the modern thing to do these days, it is only my personal preference to have one.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new maisonette having any amenity 2 or 3 people would ask for, including bathroom infrastructure for people with reduced mobility. Perfect bed and matress. Fantastic bathrooms (2). Excellent location, 100m from Lemonakia beach with crystal clear Aegean waters. Private parking. Direct sea view from the master bedroom and one of the two bathrooms. Nothing to complain. Some street noise when you sit outside during rush hours, but super quiet when you really need it and super quiet when you are inside.

The location of the house is opposite the lemonakia beach. very short walking distance to tsamadou and navagos beaches. Kokkari center is about 20 min walking distance, but walking in the evening was quite pleasant. The inside of the house is very clean, the kitchen equipment is equipped. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace of the house in the evenings. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. stelios was very involved. we had a really nice holiday. thank you very much
