• Asia (2/5): - There was ants all over the room and bed. I asked them to clean it which they did but ants were still presented later in the night. The room had cobwebs on the ceiling. The location is good for restaurants but super loud at night with music from other bars near the accommodation.

• Natasha (8/5): My husband and I stayed here with our two nineteen year old daughters and it was the perfect spot. Quiet but on the main - The rooms were clean , the pool was lovely and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Maybe could have done with some hot water but that is a minor negative.

We had an issue with hot water, but they sorted that out in no time. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's so comfortable Nothing

• Antía (7/5): Agradable para un par de días - La buena ubicación y la zona común muy bien cuidada, se puede desayunar en las hamacas de la piscina. La limpieza del dormitorio muy superficial, la ducha tenía muy poca presión. Se escuchaba la mezquita a la madrugada muy cerca.

En midden in het centrum, voor ons ideaal, zowel voor restaurants als onze scuba dive cursus wat in dezelfde straat zat. Wij hadden hier geen overlast van. Ontbijt was goed! En heel erg veel. Je kunt zelf vragen om kamer schoon te laten maken, dan doen ze dat. Handdoeken ook aanwezig voor zwemmen. Kamers zijn wat outdated, zouden opgeknapt kunnen worden. Miste een echt dekbed (alleen lakens en fleecedekens aanwezig)

• Tunde (7/5): Good lokation if you need to catch the morning ferry - Great location if you need to catch the morning ferry the check in point was few minutes walk. Nice big bathroom and delicious breakfast. If you want to party it is also great location lots of bars nearby. Also turtle point is a short walk away. We didn’t go partying but we could hear everything until past midnight in the room. Then at 5 also the call for prayer started. So it was a short night sleep. Furthermore the door had a huge hole in the wood part so we were afraid that the room will be full of mosquitos. Luckily wasn’t a case but a good mosquito net would be nice touch above the bed.

Il personale sempre Gentile. La mattina presto e la sera si sente la messa molto Forte. La stanza è molto umida e puzzava di muffa, con varie crepe sui muri.

• Sara Filipa (7/5): - Close to the port and clean. Breakfast is simple (only one option from a menu), but fresh. You have to order your breakfast in advance or you will wait longer in the morning. The noise at night is really intense (karaoke bar near the hotel): all the room vibrated, it seemed you were somehow inside the bar (particularly in the first night). We had to sleep with earplugs the all stay (it ruined the place, because you couldn’t rest properly).

• Theresa Cecilia (10/5): Geheimtipp auf Gili Trawangan - Absolut herausragende Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals! Super saubere Anlage mit absolut gepflegtem Pool, wird alle 2h penibel durchgefegt. Leckeres Frühstück, das frisch für jeden Gast zuberietet wird. Wenn man möchte kann man sich am Vortag auch eine Uhrzeit fürs Frühstück, sowie ein Gericht raussuchen und dann steht das Bestellte pünktlich auf dem Frühstückstisch. Zu jedem Frühstück kann man außerdem wenn man möchte einen Früchteteller haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen gerne wieder! Wirkt definitiv höherwertig als 2 Sterne! Gab es nichts!

• Krisje (8/5): - Heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Het wordt uitgebaat door een familie. Leuk zwembad. Lekker, maar basic ontbijt (de nasi is heel lekker). Je kan de kamer laten poetsen na enkele dagen als je wil. De karaokébar is vlakbij en is echt héél luid. Om 00u stipt stopt het en is het stil. Voor ons waren oordopjes voldoende om in slaap te vallen. De imam maakt je 's ochtends wakker, maar dit is op het hele eiland dus kan je niet vermijden.

• Salina (8/5): Prima! - De kamer was lekker ruim, de airco werkte goed, het bed was prima, de badkamer was ook prima. Het was wel even uitvogelen hoe je die douche warm krijgt, maar als dat eenmaal gelukt is, is het echt prima. WiFi was ook echt goed! We zijn in ons hoogseizoen gegaan en dan betaal je natuurlijk al meer - zeker op Gili T, vergis je niet - maar deze prijs was wat mij betreft wel echt te hoog voor Indonesische begrippen. De plek van het hotel was overigens ook nog even zoeken geblazen.

Comodo lo spazio fronte camera. Bisogna aspettare abbastanza per la preparazione della colazione. La camera, compreso il bagno, non aveva neanche un gancio per appendere asciugamani o qualcos'altro.
• Birte (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean place, close to restaurants, shops and bars. We had 2 upstairs rooms connected with a huge terrace. Tasty breakfast with European and local dishes. The bed was a bit squeaky - that should be fixed. A chair or hangers would be nice - we at the end used the towel rack as an alternative.

• Rana (9/5): Superb - I have really enjoyed my stay at Kusuka. The staff is incredible, always smiling and eager to help. Rooms are kept really clean. Location is superb. It was a very good deal given the price I paid!
• Robert (4/5): Wouldn’t go back. - The location was ok, staff were ok, if slow. Property isn’t maintained, typical of Indonesia but still poor. Exterior and interior Doors didn’t close properly, aircon just kept the room cool. No safe or on-site security available. Staff were sleeping and laying around the reception area all day and night. Might be cultural but not nice as a guest.

• Matthew (3/5): It was only 2 nights!!! - Location. Central yet tugged away in a side street. Bathroom - has never seen a dash of bathroom cleaner Bed. Room 9 was collapsed. Changed to room 13. Mattress seems like it's been there 20 years. The room is simply dirty. Moved the bedside table a few inches to reach a socket and it's like I was the first person to move this in years. Water pressure. You barely can have a shower. Broken shower head and the water pressure in the Muslim pipe will get you to wash your hair. Walls full of stains and mosquito blood smears. Noise. Beyond the locations control as there is a mosque a few blocks away.

Moved our room straight away when the air con wasn’t working- however this was not the room we paid for and it was a worse room. Nice balcony. Have us lots of tea, coffee and water upon request. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t too clean and the floor wasn’t level which left stagnant pools of water, giving a foul smell.
