• Katarina (10/5): Pokial hladate ubytovanie vramci sirsieho centra ale zaroven s dobrou dostupnost, doporucujem. - Ubytovanie skutocne vynikajuce, vyborna poloha hned pri zastavke autobusov, da sa odtial dostat kdekolvek. cisto, vsetko potrebne k dispozicii, uzasna komunikacia s majitelkou. Vyborne sa spalo, tiche prostredie. Parkovanie bez problemov.

• Igor (8/5): Почему только один комплект ключей? Если семья хочет пойти в разные стороны. - Удобное заселение. Кресло массажное очень хорошо. Далеко от центра. Парковка публичная, сложно найти место. Дом без лифта. Грязные окна и вид из окна мрачный. Сауна только для вида, пользоваться ей не удобно, очень маленькая.

• Viktoria (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist super gross, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Zum Zentrum ist es auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Bodenheizung fand ich am besten, gerade wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Massagesessel Top. Betten bequem und die riesen Couch hatte Platzierung für uns alle. Altbau und die hohen Decken mit Kronleuchter fand ich als Frau besonders gut und passend zu der Ausstattung. Dankeschön Nikole und wir kommen gerne wieder..🤗🤗 Nix.🤷

• Tomáš (10/5): - Dávám plný počet bodů abych paní Nikol nezničil hodnocení. Ono totiž z její strany bylo všechno úžasné. Byt je opravdu nádherný a extrémně vybavený, vše bylo čisté a moc fajn. Jde vidět, že to dělají srdcem. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali majitelka byla velice vstřícná a hned reagovala. Zde absolutně bez výhrad. Přímý spoj do centra taky skvělá výhoda. To ubytování by bylo dokonalé kdyby ho ,,nezmrvily” hned 2 věci. A je to frustrující, protože paní majitelka za to nemůže. Ale píšu to proto, protože bych sám rád tyto věci věděl dopředu, než přijedu. 1.) parkování - téměř nikdy není volno před domem musíte objíždět blok a docházet. Asi v pohodě chúze nikdy nikoho nezabila. Ale za 2.) je to prostě v totalním ghettu. Naše děti musely chodit na autobus do centra kolem feťákú a hulakajících romů. Manželka sama ani nevycházela ven protože měla strach. Za mě to majitelce kazí naprosto úžasné ubytování - řešil bych to peticemi na město - policii, apod.

• Martin (8/5): Schöne Wohnung für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und in gutem Zustand. An Ausstattung war grundsätzlich alles vorhanden. Einige Küchenutensilien sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Tiež musím vyzdvihnúť polohu apartmánu, do centra sme sa dostali za cca 20 min. Majiteľka je veľmi milá a poskytla nám všetky potrebné info ohľadne ubytovania v dostatočnom predstihu Manželská posteľ občas vŕzga, čo vadilo môjmu manželovi

• Olga (9/5): Superb and cozy apartment! Great for families. - Very spacious, cozy and clean apartment. Nicol thought about a lot of small things such a dish washing tabs, napkins, welcome messages with sweets and cookies. Great communication. Good location if you are travelling by car, but consider 27 minutes of walk to the Springs if walking. However there is a bus stop near by. Massage chair and small infrared sauna are the cherry on the cake. Creaking doors and a creaking bed in the bedroom.

However, two of three bedrooms are situated to the more quiet backyard.

• Felikstrzymalko (9/5): A Renewed, Quiet, and Spacious Apartment with Modern Coziness - I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Karlovy Vary and had a truly enjoyable experience. The apartment had been recently renovated, offering a modern and cozy atmosphere. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet, providing a tranquil environment for relaxation. The spacious layout was a definite plus, allowing ample room to move around comfortably. While there was no air conditioning, it wasn't a significant issue during my stay. Public parking was conveniently available nearby (free of charge), and the owner was extremely supportive, providing a separate storage room for road biking enthusiasts. I also appreciated their assistance during my stay. The nearby public beach, Pláž koupaliště Rolava, was pristine and free of charge, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Karlovy Vary and also as a starting point for road bike trips. While my stay at the apartment was highly enjoyable, it is worth mentioning one minor drawback: the lack of air conditioning. Although the apartment remained relatively cool during my visit, it may pose a slight inconvenience for those who are more sensitive to heat or visit during particularly hot periods. However, considering the overall comfort and quality of the apartment, this limitation can be easily managed with open windows and natural ventilation.

The addition of some reading lights would be nice. The overhead lights were very bright and some floor lamps and bedside lamps would be nice.

The host was very accommodating and pleasant. It was very close to the center. Everything was within walking distance (shops, supermarkets and bus stop). I definitely recommend this apartment, I was very satisfied and I will return in the future. Have a nice day NM.
