• Lesley (10/5): Throughly recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment. - A beautiful, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully designed apartment with terrace, in a villa in the historical centre of Trapani. Our host Antonio was incredibly welcoming and generous, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Upon arrival he kindly gave us delicious local pastries. Antonio was quick to respond to every query, conveyed wonderful stories about the history of the villa, and gave us extensive information about every amenity in Trapani. We thoroughly recommend a stay. Nothing could be better, it was amazing in every way.
• Lindi (10/5): A very special place! - Palazzo Guanjara was a wonderful and unique place to stay in Trapani. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comes with many many extras. Antonio is very kind, attentive and informative. The location was perfect for us, a few blocks outside the pedestrian zone so using our car for day trips was easy. There is street parking easily paid for by a parking app. We highly recommend it!

• Nicolette (10/5): Unforgettable stay in beautiful Trapani apartment. - The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The cleanliness and level of attention given to detaill and furnishings was the best we have ever experienced in a rental apartment. Antonio, the host, was so kind and thoughtful, giving lots of advice on what to do and where to eat (do take this advice - he was absolutely correct and helped us find places in and around Trapani that we would otherwise have missed) . Antonio had also stocked the (very cool orange Smeg fridge) with a range of drinks and waters which were most welcome after a long drive. Parking was very simple on the street in front of the apartment and it was just a few minutes walk into the pedestrianised old town. Wonderful. Not to be missed. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

• JOANNE (10/5): Perfect stay in beautiful property - We were met at the door by Antonio and shown into the apartment, which was located on the ground floor. We were given very clear instruction about how everything worked and there were also written instructions provided. We were also given advice about local restaurants and events. Nothing was too much trouble. Antonio even escorted us to the bus stop to Erice when we left, as we were not sure where it was. The apartment itself was beautiful. Very clean and well equipped, containing everything we needed and more. The bed with extremely comfortable. The water pressure was good. Mosquito screens on windows worked well. The area around the apartment was nice, with a park just across the road. There were some nice cafes and shops nearby. It was a few minutes walk to get to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where we liked to visit in the evening, but the streets were quiet and the weather was good so it was not a problem for us. We would definately return to Palazzo Guajana and would recommend it to others. Antonio was a marvellous host. Nothing!

Wonderful stay. - The attention to detail is extraordinary! - from the excellent bedding and goose down pillows (or alternate memory foam), to the complimentary slippers and drinks in the refrigerator. Everything was exceptionally clean. Even the TV remote was cleaned and provided in a sealed plastic sleeve. Great location, especially for anyone arriving by car. We were able to park on the street in front of the apartment and use the EasyPark app to pay for parking. While the apartment is historic, it is only a couple of blocks to the even older downtown Trapani, where most of the restaurants, shopping and sights are located. The apartment offers complimentary beach gear and bicycles. Excellent written instructions for the apartment facilities and recommendations for where to eat and things to do. Antonio is a terrific host and makes sure guests are well taken care of. It was all good and well thought out.

A very, very friendly host who gave us all the information we needed and more. And the palazzo it self is fantastic! A lot of space, beautiful renovated and decorated, very tasteful! The location is perfect to park a car exactly in front of the building or walk to the centre. The host is very very helpful, he indicated places to visit and restaurants. Next door there is a car rental that was very convenient to rent a car for a day or two, with no stress.

• Andrzej_andrzej (10/5): Magical moments in Palazzo in Trapani - We travel a lot but staying at Palazzo Guajana was one of the best in our lives. Palazzo: Before arriving, I checked the image of the house on Google Maps. I thought that the building was similar to others and the word "palace" was a marketing ploy. However after arriving, after learning about the history of the building - a detailed description in the materials for visitors, and after seeing the interiors, I understood that the name is fully justified. This place is beautiful and perfect. Its greatest asset is the host! Antonio: He introduced himself to us, that he is a pharmacist by profession. And you can feel it by the way the place is arranged. Antonio took care of every little detail. Communication with him was perfect. Even before arriving, he sent us a lot of information on WhatsApp. He greeted us at the door and immediately informed us that he had a surprise. Since several apartments were not rented, he showed us three and we could choose the one we liked the most. In the apartment we found full information about tourist attractions, restaurants, we got a whole set of discount coupons, we got full information about what to visit, what to see. All this in an extremely elegant and polite way of communication! Apartments: The photos do not reflect to the beauty of the facility, which in reality is even nicer. We saw as many as 3 apartments. All are beautifully and perfectly furnished. Decorated with a great sense of taste. In all of them, the smallest detail was taken care of. The equipment is stunning. The apartments are sterile clean, the bed linen and towels smell beautiful. If you wish, the apartment can be cleaned daily for free. Another dimension of hospitality: Antonio writes that he does not compete on price. In fact, the apartment is not one of the cheapest in Trapani. But we got perfect service and great added value. For example, you can use the bikes - absolutely free of charge. We were definitely too short! Next time in Trapani? Only in Palazzo Guajana. Antonio, thank you very much and compliments for your effort to create such a perfect place!

He gave a lot of attention to detail, thus ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. Antonio was always very efficient in delivering any request we had, including providing us with his own tennis rackets. A beautiful interior, very spacious and clean. The location is really ideal for easy parking and exploring Trapani. Other beautiful destinations are only a short drive away and, after a long day exploring the area, you return to this gem of an apartment where you can relax in a really comfortable, spacious and charming space.

• Sara (10/5): The most beautiful place to stay in Trapani - a real Palazzo! - Palazzo Guajana is a real Diamond! If you are lucky and it is available, don't hesitate to book it. The place is very spacious and equipped with everything you need and beyond for a beautiful vacation. Antonio, the owner and host of the Palazzo, met us to give us the keys and gave us so much information on places to go and things to do in the city and around it that we literally did not have to do any additional research. Even before arriving, we already received an immensely informative welcome message. The place was spotlessly clean and had many amenities, such as a washing machine and a fully equipped fridge with water, juices, milk, almond milk, and much more. The little patio was a plus. Antonio was so kind to gift us a local ice cream specialty with rose water and the best Sicilian sweets on the island. Further, you won't have to worry about beach towels or a beach umbrella. They got you covered. We also got a set of discount vouchers for breakfast and restaurants around. The location is perfect. You can easily find parking in front of the house for a small parking fee, and it's a good location to explore things around Trapani and also to walk around and explore the city. I highly recommend this place!!!! It is the best place I have stayed in!

• Jamie (10/5): Lovely in every way! - Palazzo Guajana is a dream and I’m so glad this is where we landed, the majority of our time, our first visit to Sicily. Mother and daughter traveling from the US, it was all we could have hoped for and more. We stayed in the holiday home and loved the privacy of our separate rooms - separated by kitchen and living room. The apartment is simply gorgeous, perfectly clean, wonderfully appointed! … the murals, the jasmine on the patio: there is love in the details. Antonio is a gem: He helped us from the moment we booked our stay with suggestions and helped us feel comfortable in a new place. He made my birthday very special with a treat, as well! Trapani is a perfect place to stay with beaches, Erice, boat tours to the Egadi Islands. A lovely city close to many sights. There is an adorable and very affordable natural grocery just around the corner and this was helpful for a 🌱 vegan traveler. 4 minute walk to the docks for a boat tour and about 10 minutes to the beach side. I would download the parking app and set phone alarms (about $8 per day) as to not get ticketed. We were able to walk to so many delicious restaurants and activities. Gelato to die for! Antonio had so many fabulous recommendations for us, food, wine, excursions. I highly recommend seeing Erice (cable cars were fun to but not necessary), Macari Beach , boat tour with Alessandro - the most turquoise water I have ever seen and fun snorkeling (bring hats, sunscreen, towels)! You will truly love your stay here!

Everything here is perfectly considered and beautifully done. Beds super comfortable with lovely linens. Folder of recommendations and advice was v useful. Lovely courtyard for breakfast and drinks. Host was charming and v generous. Fridge was stocked and he brought a tray of delicious cakes. Highly recommended We loved it all
• Grace (10/5): A great find in Trapani, will definitely be back. - Beautifully restored palazzo, seamless workmanship and great choice of materials. The place was spotlessly clean and very well organised with all instructions on where to find the best attractions and restaurants of Trapani. Bathroom very nicely laid out with beautiful materials and very spacious and comfortable. The host made us feel at home throughout our stay and gave us all the necessary information on how to make the best out of our limited time⁹. Breakfast was a feast of fresh local products and catered for my wife's food intolerances. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates a good quality accommodation. The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking but the pillows were excellent and so was the bed linnen. Everything else was just perfect.
• Gary (10/5): Delightful apartment with many beautiful details. - Everything was impeccable, no detail too small was overlooked. We loved the apartment, and it is located just a bit outside the historic district, so it’s easy to access the tourist area without having to stay there. Also, parking is easy, though you have to pay. No complaints at all. The host was lovely and very helpful.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - We have been in many Appartements around the world, but this has been by far the best experience ever! The house is absolutely clean, the beds are more comfortable than at home, it is absolutely quite and the best is the hospitality of the host. We celebrated our anniversary there, when we arrived there was a hand written card, champagne from a local winery, a fresh baked cake and flowers waiting for us. On top he gave us great advice for restaurants and tours and reserved a table at a great restaurant and bought flowers to bring them there. The breakfast was also amazing. Big recommendation.

• Erica (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy the best of Trapani and soak in some history of a lovingly restored building. - The accomodations were simply beautiful and the restoration of the apartment and attention to detail of the inclusions would leave any guest feeling like a king. The apartment was super clean, the best bathroom we’ve experienced in our six weeks in Sicily. The bed was extremely comfortable in fact the whole apartment is well appointed with everything, including the private space of the balcony a lovely spot to enjoy the garden and its surrounds. The host couldn’t do enough to make our stay as perfect as possible. The information provided allowed you to plan your stay and enjoy the town and it’s surrounds. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and when returning to Trapani will definitely be back. Nothing it was perfect
