Every interaction, every gesture of care, helps to build a bond with these gentle giants.
After a morning of fulfilling work, you'll enjoy a relaxing lunch, sharing stories and experiences with fellow volunteers. This break allows you to recharge and reflect on the meaningful work you've done so far.
In the afternoon, the experience becomes even more magical. You'll head to the river to participate in the beloved elephant bathing ritual. Under the guidance of experienced mahouts, you'll learn how to gently clean the elephants with coconut husks. This two-hour session, from 2 to 4 pm, is not just about cleanliness; it's a time of play, bonding, and mutual respect between you and the elephants.

The breakfast was very tasty and we got some nice coffee and tea during our stay as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back! We had a little bit of difficulty at first to find the accommodation, because the location on the map from booking.com is not the correct one. But the friendly host of the accommodation send us the right location in a WhatsApp message which was very helpful!!
