• Rhonda (8/5): If the reception was good, I would have definitely recommended her place and returned in the future. - Location was good for me. I wanted somewhere close to the highway and away from urban areas. The yard was fenced off and great for my dog after a long day travelling. The cleanliness of the facilities was exceptional and everything needed was available. After an 8 hour drive I turned up a bit earlier than I estimated, but it was still after the 2pm book in time. I was greeted by an obviously annoyed host because in her words she hadn't yet made the bed and someone else that stayed in another room had left it in a nasty state. I also felt berated because Booking.com hadn't added the pet cleaning fee onto the payment. She said it had happened before and that I would have to pay her the fee. Even though she halved the fee, I still felt like it wasn't my problem, but something that should have been ironed out with Booking.com. I sat in the car and just felt like crying, and if I wasn't so tired and hadn't already paid, I would have just driven off and found somewhere else to stay. She did came back from making the bed and apologise to me for her previous behaviour and was nice after that, but unfortunately the damage was already done. First impressions last.
• Andrew (10/5): This is 100% the best value you will find hands down, it’s worth the short trip from Gympie and I was on my own but high - Fantastic value for money, you get a motel room or even a suite in Gympie for this price, It’s 18min out of town and well worth it There is nothing to not like, full kitchen and fridge comfortable lounges, bed and almost anything you need to cook or clean,
• Monk (10/5): Exceptional for the price. - We were seriously surprised with how modern the unit was. Spotless and so quiet, giving us the tranquillity we needed. Coffee, tea, sauces, extras not seen in a typical place like these. The price was the biggest surprise, especially when you walk through the door, unbeatable value.

• Vanessa (10/5): - Location is fantastic. So quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes out of town. Surroundings are beautiful bush with all the soothing bush towns. Tranquillity abounds. Hostess was super helpful and friendly. Massage available on-site was an added bonus too good to pass up. Enjoyed an idyllic couple of days. Absolutely loved the rejuvenation of just sitting on the back deck and enjoying the sounds of the bush. Really reconnects you with nature.

• Sarbie 2.0 (8/5): - The cabin is much bigger and more beautiful than I expected. Mostly a very quiet stay. Very comfortable space. The benches etc are higher than standard, great for average height people, but a bit trickier for short people. Dogs. There was no pre notice of dogs on the property. Not in listing or reviews. Only on the day of check in was there any notice of dogs. Dogs that bark and want to approach and consequently, requires diligence to not stand in poop. If someone is allergic, fearful or has trauma from dogs. I don't recommend staying here.

• Douglas (8/5): Interesting stay I enjoyed the adventure of the hosts making and good price. - Quiet, on lovely bush property, cabin is quite well appointed with 4 poster bed room, dry modern shower room and kitchen. . Very generously stocked tea coffee and mosquito products ... good air-conditioning and plenty of places to stare into space and relax. You can walk and sit on property. Had some lash tinting and a breakfast package one morning. Smart TV with apps installed!! The entry to cabin was initially alarming, front entry is closed off so, entry is via side gravel pathway to rear entry, not good for regular wheeled luggage and path was unintentionally blocked off by owners vehicle .. bit of squeeze. I am a bit of a largish lady and host was busy doing a massage ...decided to leave major bags in car, which worked well. Washing machine is in house not accessible 24-7.

Kylee and Trish were extremely helpful before and during our stay and responded quickly to messages. Special thanks for accommodating my son's two dogs at late notice.

• David (10/5): OMG this was a hidden gem - Clean, Fresh, Inviting, and the fitout, decor and amenities were amazing - The fitout, decor, amenities, the comfort was amazing. Big TV, A/C and fans, comfortable lounge. Clean Fresh Inviting. The bed was so comfortable, pillows so good, some funky lighting in the bedroom..... Bathroom was fresh modern and a great shower. The kitchen had everything you may need for a short stay - what was even more amazing was the drawer full of teas and coffees. Value for money - about a 12 out of 10. The unit was easy to access, safe and Kylee was such a fantastic host. I wish I had known that this little hidden gem at Curra was there 2-3 years ago.
• Lorraine (8/5): Overall we loved the cabin and it was well appointed. - The kitchen and bathroom were finished beautifully, and there was everything you needed to cook etc. There was no free to air television and we love to watch the tennis and cricket. One pillow on the bed was very old and flat with no pillow protector. The chairs wouldn’t fold down.
