• Svetlana (10/5): Loved it and would definitely come back - We had a great time staying at this property. The location is very good, you can be in the centre of Tbilisi within 5-10 minutes walking. There are plenty of grocery shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was lovely, so kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. The air conditioning was a great bonus as it can get quite hot in the summer months. The bed in the bedroom was big and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Nice shower room/toilet with many toiletries provided. We would definitely stay again. One tiny thing - it was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower at first but we got it worked out after a couple of days.

• Erik (6/5): Fine-ish, but too cold in winter - Location is amazing! The heater is not powerful enough to heat the place sufficiently to be comfortable, so I wouldn't stay here again in winter. The couch is too uncomfortable to actually sit on for longer periods. Host is a little sassy. We asked for toilet paper, and she stated the place is "no hotel" so she wouldn't give us more, even though the Booking.com listing has toilet paper included in its amenities.

• Vasily (10/5): Excellent place - Very cosy, comfortable and nicely located apartment. Historic house, but fully renovated inside and beautifully decorated this place has got it’s unique atmosphere. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, water pressure was excellent. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are few minutes walk away. Nice and helpful host. Strongly recommended. A bit noisy, as it faces the street
