• Ana (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This apartment was a hidden gem in the heart of Tirana — just an 8-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell it’s cared for with love and attention to detail. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Communication was easy, and I felt truly taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and centrally located place in Tirana — this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

• Andrea (3/5): Muy mal trato del lugar - Muy complicado encontrar el lugar , el GPS no te lleva al punto exacto, hubo que tomar 2 taxis (uno que era oficial del aeropuerto y nos quiso estafar, tengan cuidado con eso). Nos ayudó una persona amable de un restaurant a llegar al lugar. La persona encargada de esta habitación no se molestó en ayudar a encontrar el punto y sólo decía que la gente llegaba siempre bien. Pésimo trato sobre todo cuando una persona es de otro país, no habla el mismo idioma y es muy tarde de noche. Esta habitación no queda en un buen lugar , el barrio de noche no es muy seguro (lo mencionó la persona que nos ayudó a encontrar la habitación).

• DMYTRO (1/5): A fly in the ointment - Definitely I’ve chosen it for good value for money according to photos on Booking.com. It’s a single-room (studio) part of a house. Don’t be deceived as comfy bed and modern furniture are the good things there, but there are many cons too: - washing machine doesn’t work - there are no pans for frying / boiling - owner isn’t hospitable at all So it’s perfect for sleepovers, but if you expect to cook or wash your clothes, beware you won’t succeed. The most disappointing part is that I think the owner perfectly knew about the washing machine and did everything she could to prevent guests from using it while claiming it in listing. There’s no power socket to turn it on, so I had to rearrange power supply for the fridge and router to use the only(!) extension cord there to connect the washing machine. The the water supply specifically for the washing machine was closed, I opened it. Eventually I was able to turn it on. Half an hour later the washing machine started to leak. It’s also rusty and the odour from inside after water went through pipes suggests it wasn’t used for ages. The same evening there was also an electricity outage, and the owner just told me she couldn’t do anything as she’s out of country. Luckily it was the outage in the whole neighbourhood, so lights reappeared after about an hour. And after all those adventures she dared to blame me that I ask too many questions and it’s not OK for her 😅 Conclusion: apartment needs 1) washing machine to be replaced, 2) extra extension cord to connect both fridge/router/kitchen appliances and washing machine simultaneously and 3) at least a single pan for frying and boiling.

Nice big space, 15min walk from main square , working aircon which was soooo nice. It just felt like there were things missing. I booked place because it said there were kitchen facilities. There was an electric stove however there were no pots or pans or appliances. Also booked place because there was a washing machine, however washing machine was not plugged in and there was no nearby plugs that it could reach. I tried with an extension cord but it did not work. There was no bin for rubbish which made me feel a bit dirty. Fridge was mouldy on the inside.
