Wlyad (3/5): Stuff is good, location average if you have car is good. Other not good - Stuff is amazing WiFi is very bad Furniture is not good old and broken. The worst part while I was there they were renew the hotel and it was very annoying. The sound of Drilling and hummer you can hear it all the time which will bother you while you’re there. WiFi and renovation of the hotel

Tørt brød, Kun nescafé med iblandet mælkepulver og sukker, ingen juice, yoghurt eller andet, der kunne bløde lidt op for det ringe indtryk. Bruseren virkede ikke på badeværelset. Vi havde en familiesuite til 4 personer, men der var kun to koppe til elkedlen (igen med mælke/sukker iblandet Nescafé) og ingen glas. Der blev ikke gjort rent under vores ophold.

Halima (7/5): الفندق مناسب مقابل السعر ولكن بحاجة إلى ضبط بعض موظفي الاستقبال وتعاملهم مع النزلاء - المرأة المسؤولة والرجل الذي اسمه محمد (عربي سوري) تعاملهما راقٍ ويسعون بشتى الطرق لخدمة النزلاء والعناية بهم. المكان يعتبر قريب من الخدمات الغرف صغيرة جدا، ولا يوجد بها علامة اتجاه القبلة. موظفين رجال أتراك احدهما لديه وشم على يده كان تعاملهما سيئا، لأكثر من مرة وأكثر من موقف، لدرجة انه يقول اننا لا ننظف الغرفة يوميا وانما كل يومين، بينما المسؤولة نفت ذلك وامرت بتظيف الغرفة يوميا، ولا اعلم سبب التعامل غير الجيد معنا هل لأننا عرب؟! لا اعلم بخلاف ان رائحة التدخين تتسرب للغرفة بشكل كبير بالدور الخامس، ربما الفندق بحاجة إلى الجدية في منع التدخين وتركيب ابواب ذات جودة تمنع دخول الروائح والأصوات من خارج الغرفة

Iana (5/5): It was ok but could be better! - Everyone was very helpful! I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. While the staff was very kind and accommodating—especially when refunding my prepaid breakfast due to Ramadan—I encountered a few issues that affected my stay. Firstly, my room was not cleaned at all during my stay, and even the rubbish was not taken out, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortable; it was too hot inside, and when I tried to use the air conditioning, it only blew warm air even when set to 18 degrees. Unfortunately, opening the window was not an option due to the noise outside. While I appreciate the friendly service, I believe some improvements in housekeeping and air conditioning maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Z. (9/5): Great staff, a special shoutout to Atacan, new hotel with minor construction issues, need finetuning - I had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel! The 24/7 reception is a big plus, and Atacan deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to assist me—thank you! The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfy, and the modern design creates a fresh, welcoming vibe. That being said, as it’s a brand-new property, there are some minor finishing touches still to be done. In my room, I noticed a few exposed cables and pipes, which slightly detracted from the otherwise stylish atmosphere. It’s clear that the details haven’t been fully fine-tuned yet, but I believe these are teething issues that will be resolved with time.
