• Raman (5/5): Mumbai ka kholi - First check in was complete disaster as receptionist told me that the price I got for 2 nights is the price here for one night. Booking. Com is making mistake by giving this price for 2 nights. It was raining outside and he refused to make check in but later he told me that he will bear the loss and did the check in. The room he showed me was smelling like he'll. Later he changed the room which was okay. Next morning the reception guy was completely unprofessional staring like anything. I asked him some information he didn't provide.

• Joe (2/5): Overall, my stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the price. - The airport (terminal 2) is about 20 minutes from the hotel. There was no disruption of water. Honestly, my stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing as follows: Room condition: The room felt really dingy the moment I walked in. Not the cozy vibe you'd hope for. Air conditioning: It was peak summer and guess what? The AC wasn’t working! Just a fan whirring away, making me feel even more sweaty. Hot water: I didn’t even need hot water, but out of curiosity I checked — and it wasn’t turning on anyway. Bathroom essentials: They gave me this tiny chip of soap, like the size of a coin. Definitely not enough for a proper bath. I ended up having to go buy my own. No doormat: There was no doormat at the bathroom door, so after a shower, I had to walk into the bedroom with wet, slippery feet. Not great. Towels: The towel they provided looked so old and worn out. Felt a bit gross using it, honestly. Accessibility: There’s major construction happening right in front of the hotel. No cab or auto can actually stop at the entrance. I had to get off at a busy traffic junction nearby and drag my luggage through the chaos just to reach the hotel. Families beware: I can't even imagine how tough and uncomfortable this would be for couples traveling with kids. Would I stay here again? Definitely not.

• Dost (5/5): For a 1-2 night stay near the airport,its ok if you need to just sleep for the night. - i had work at Hyatt which was just next to the hotel and it was also close to the airport,since i had a short stay the location was what i liked and the room service guy was nice and helpful. The bathroom was very smelly and dirty also the sheets and pillow covers were not clean,but they were changed the next day when i asked them to,so i won't complain much but sheets and toilets being clean is the first basic point of any hotel.

• James (7/5): Good - Fairly good value for the money. The staff was kind and the room was clean, though the bedsheets and pillowcases were old. They brought breakfast to the room in the morning, which was nice. It wasn’t anything special, but not bad for a small snack. Not a big room, but big enough. There were no windows, so it got pretty stuffy if the aircon wasn’t on. There was a leak below the sink, so the bathroom floor was always wet.

• Mandeep (1/5): Rude staff, very petty and no sense of hospitality - Nothing honestly The staff was rude, They disagreed to provide me with dental kit, then they said we provide only 1 bottle of water and charge for more bottles. I don't understand how can a hotel provide only 1 bottle of water for a couple and also charge for dental kit. Basic hygienic stuff are included in a hotel staff. They also had provided only 1 towel. When I asked for refund they refused to give me a refund. I had paid just at check-in. I wonder if I hadn't had paid I would have been saved from this horrific experience.

Location is good - but there is jam outside the hotel which is not the hotel's fault but is an inconvenience. Cleanliness not upto Mark. Photos don't match the actual conditions. Fire Safety is a concern due to very narrow corridors and no windows.

One can’t even sleep properly with that smell, the metress which was like a stone. - All looks good in photos but once you reach at the reception the strange smell starts coming which is all over the property. We were tired so slept quickly but as we getup in the morning there were big ants and other strange looking bugs were all over, on the bed, bathroom and all. It was not bedbug but something else. Strange smell, the AC which was not working, the person at the reception and many other things.

• Alexander (1/5): Health hazard- avoid at all costs - Nothing This stay was absolutely atrocious- I beg you not to stay here. The photos look lovely but it was hideous. This is summary of the issues: -room stank of sewerage (it was unbearable) - no soap provided at all - pipes leaked water all over bathroom floor - red possibly blood stains on the bedding - brown possibly faeces stains on bedding - bedding smelled of sewerage - hotel significantly overcharged me for airport transfer (the taxi driver was shocked how much it was) - hotel staff were arguing, playing music and generally being very noisy in the corridor- despite using earplugs i could not sleep - I ordered room service (vegan to try and be safer) and it gave me severe food poisoning - desk staff made me feel uncomfortable and were rude when I arrived
• Dr (8/5): Ok.It can get better by improving the room services more - I chose this hotel from the viewpoint of the location of the workshop I was attending,but to cross the busy roads and walk up the staircase and get to the train ticket point took me at least 20 minutes ,so I got the taxi.The taxi charged me 25 rupees one day and the other day said Rs 250/- and I said no,so I walked.It is good for a solo person,who are travelling for a 3-4 days also,but I think they should have arrangements for booking taxi services from the hotel,and on the spot booking for breakfast and dinner,which I was told there is no option for it.Anyway I had to contact the front desk at least 2-3 time for a bottle of water.Rest was ok.
