Difficile la communication avec le propriétaire qui soit dit en passant, occupe un appartement au B&B mais ne parle que l'italien, il faut passer par le fils pour les demandes, il parle anglais. Le déjeûner plus qu'ordinaire, très mauvais accueil, bref on peut s'en passer.

La atención de los dueños muy buena, pudimos entrar antes. Precio genial. Cama cómoda. Hay metro a unos 8-10 minutos para ir al centro, línea 1 Garibaldi. Desayuno en un bar cercano de camino ala estacion con personal amable. Nos gustó todo.

Very nice stay :) -we got other room than we booked, without balkony - very soft and uncomfortable mattress -we had strange situation, as on booking there was no information that the breakfast is included, but in the message we received from the staff, there was an information that the breakfast IS included with instructions how to get to the bar, so we followed the instructions from the message, but at the end it came out that is wasnt included and we left without paying- very uncomfortable situation

• Rosalinda (7/5): Bene na bon benissimo - La stanza era veramente pulita e confortevole all'arrivo. Bene arredata e profumata. L'host gentile ci ha accolto con una limonata fresca. Abbastanza vicino alla stazione. Cornetto e caffè al bar buoni. Host si è messo a disposizione per eventualmente darci la possibilità di lavare qualcosa Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni, onestamente non mi era chiaro che non avrebbero fatto le pulizie né cambiato la biancheria per tutto il periodo altrimenti non avrei prenotato. Non c'era scritto nulla, ma per me era scontato. In questo caso almeno consiglio di lasciare i prodotti per la pulizia fai da te. Non era presente alcun prodotto da bagno, che questo nella descrizione era specificati, solo una confezione di sapone liquido completamente vuota. L'host a richiesta però il terzo giorno ci ha dato dei teli bagno puliti.

• Stephan (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft nah am Bahnhof - Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und super sauber. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hat uns bei der nicht ganz einfachen Parkplatzsuche sehr unterstützt. Die Lage grundsätzlich gut. Wir sind sowohl ins Zentrum spaziert als auch mit der Bahn reingefahren. Beides geht super-Bahnhof ist 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Bahnhofs und der Weg zur Unterkunft von da aus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ziemlich viel Unrat an bzw in den Straßen. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist super-nur nachts nervt er, weil dich ziemlich laut ist und regelmäßig anspringt.

• elisabet (8/5): - Muy cerca de la estación central. Había un bus que paraba al lado (R2) desde la plaza del Plesbiscito. Las camas eran cómodas. Hay una pizzería justo debajo donde se come espectacular. El desayuno no nos gustó mucho, te daban una tarjeta para ir a una cafetería pero no las gastamos todas. La zona quizá puede parecer insegura aunque no tuvimos problema ninguno.

• Markus (5/5): Nettes Quartier in falscher Gegend! - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nett. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern über WhatsApp war sehr gut und schnell. Vor Oer haben wir den Vater, Eduard, angetroffen. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Leider kann er kein Englisch. Aber mit Händen und Füßen geht es gut 😀 Die Lage ist mitten in einem wirklich erfahrenen Viertel. Das Auto parkt an der Straße. Wir hatten Glück, das ein Parkplatz vor der Tür frei war. Trotzdem hat man Angst um sein Auto. Neapel! Für die schlechte Bewertung ist rein die Umgebung ausschlaggebend.

La camera era confortevole, silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. La posizione è ideale, vicina ai principali punti di interesse e facilmente. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che sicuramente ripeterò! Grazie per l’ospitalità!

Klimatyzacja działa super. Obiekt położony 10 min pieszo od dworca i 30 min od centrum. Lokalizacja w okolicy dworca, ale było bardzo bezpiecznie. Śniadanie w barze parę minut od apartamentu - kawka i croissant. Po wymeldowaniu nie było problemu z przechowaniem bagażu do wylotu. Właściciel na pożegnanie poczęstował nas jeszcze winkiem. Przesympatyczny człowiek. Polecamy!!!! Wszystko nam się podobało :)

• Igor Cavalcante (5/5): Não ficaria novamente. Arrumem a porta e o sanitário, por favor. - Localização próximo à estação era ruim, mas ao menos deu pra chegar e sair rápido. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. A localização é horrível. Muito sujo, ruas cheias de fezes de cachorro. Lugar com muita cara de perigoso. Foi uma das localizações mais feias que já vi. O quarto tinha muitos defeitos. Várias vezes deu problema na descarga. Em vez de trocar a fechadura do quarto, que é defeituosa, o anfitrião fica querendo ensinar um "jeitinho" para fechar. Pra mim é falta de vergonhe na cara ter que obrigar o hóspede a fazer isso, em vez de consertar de uma vez. O anfitrião era muito intrusivo. Quando tentávamos fechar a porta defeitosa do quarto várias vezes, tentávamos fazer da forma mais rápida e silenciosa possível, pois senão o anfitrião, que não fala inglês, vinha "ajudar". Tudo muito constragedor, e ainda uma perda de tempo da viagem. Eles em tese oferecem um "café da manhã fantástico". Sabe que café é esse? um vale pra trocar num bar, 5 minutos dali, pra trocar por 1 expresso + 1 croissant. Nada de fantástico nisso. Propaganda enganosa.

Do tych celów to miejsce jest idealne, żeby komfortowo odpocząć przed kolejnym dniem zwiedzania. Należy pamiętać że to miejsce basic. Do spania. Brak balkonu, kuchni czy większych udogodnień.

Non mi è piaciuto che dal sito di booking sembrava avesse parcheggio gratuito ma non è così. Lo consiglio!! Non avere un parcheggio e l ascensore e le scale lasciano a desiderare. • Sára (10/5): - My partner and I traveled and had a great time. We spent a total of 5 nights at the accommodation. The room was very clean and tidy. The room had a fridge, kettle, tea, sugar and even a hairdryer, so we felt very comfortable. The view was lovely and I really liked the balcony. It is a perfect choice for those who like to watch the sunset from bed or those who like to have breakfast on the balcony. We had breakfast at a bakery, where the service was very polite and the breakfast was very delicious (croissant+coffee). Eduardo, the owner of the accommodation, was extremely kind, helped us with everything and was very flexible. We really liked this place, we would like to stay here again next time.
