• Mouas (7/5): - L'emplacement proche du centre-ville et de la mer. Plusieurs ampoules grillées sur les abords du bâtiment et surtout au niveau des escaliers pour accéder au logement du rdc car dangereux, nous étions obligés de nous éclairer avec le téléphone portable. Le canapé lit pas confortable, le store de la porte fenêtre de l'entrée cassé donc un manque d'intimité et l'accès à la douche assez étroit car situé entre le meuble du lavabo et le toilette, il ne faut pas être trop gros (une seule porte vitrée s'ouvre pour accéder à la douche italienne). Et enfin, le manque de stationnement pour se garer sur place.

It felt like it was cleaned some time ago and there weren't any guests so it was just unlocked for me. Also there was paint chipping from the wall in the living room like from some water leak

• Guest (7/5): Savrsenstvo - s manom... - Studio je jako kvalitetno i moderno opremljen i na tome se nije stedelo. Poseduje dva kreveta na razvlacenje. U nizu je nekoliko studija koji dele zajednicku terasu u prizemlju s pogledom na bastu. Ovaj u kome sam boravila je poslednji u nizu tako da ima punu privatnost. Mir je savrsen, a ujutro vas budi pevac iz obliznjeg dvorista sto je meni licno jako prijalo. Prodavnice, setaliste, plaze, sve je na 5-10 minuta hoda. Domacini sjajni, iako je sluzba/osoba koja je primila rezervaciju i komunicirala sa mnom iz nekog razloga propustila da im najavi nas dolazak. Nije naglaseno da se kuca u kojoj je apartman nalazi na velikoj uzbrdici, tako da lokacija nije pogodna za svakog gosta. Studio je zbog pada terena ukopan u brdo/zemlju i taj miris se oseca sto je velika mana, iako je sam studio savrseno cist i sve je zaista novo i kvalitetno.

• Anna (5/5): Good location but disappointing apartment - Location is great: offers a beautiful view to the bay, calm and quiet but close to the center. Unfortunately the place didn't meet our expectations based on the description and pictures. Here's why: - We knew the ceiling was lower but in reality it meant that we couldn't stand normally in the bathroom, bedroom and living room. We either had to constantly pay attention to bend down which was really annoying and tiring and if we forgot we hit our head. The fisheye pictures are totally misleading. - The description said there would be free toiletries but there wasn't even soap, only an empty soap dispenser. - The cleanness wasn't satisfactory. The bathroom trash was full when we arrived, there were stains on the mirrors and windows in all rooms, there was a lot of limescale on the bathroom cabinet, the cooker hood was sticky and the kitchen wall tiles were greasy in spots. Some of the plates/cups were dirty as well. During our entire stay, there was a big bag of towels left in the staircase. - There weren't any cooking spoons which would be a basic requirement in a kitchen, in my opinion. All in all, there was a lot of smaller or bigger annoying/disappointing things which is not something you want during your vacation. I have to add that we didn't ask the host to tackle these, because we didn't want to bother ourselves managing these issues during vacation and also, it wouldn't have helped our dissappointment by then.

We were very comfortable in terms of space and air conditioning and could cook and wash our clothes. We loved sitting on the terrace every morning and evening. It was a little difficult to find the apartment because there is no street number, it's right next to number 22.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge and stove, and the two air conditioners work perfectly. Our host, Snjezana, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Tivat.

Communicating to get access by email was difficult got bus company to call arrived but no one there. Found someone unlocked door on second day and left it open.

It had to be clean - which it wasn’t It had to have parking space - which it didn’t (i can’t say, the guy we shared the parking space with was nice) You will have free parking space 200m away, but in the season, i think it will not be free.

• Şentürk (5/5): Passable - It is in the city centre, very close to the port. It was clean. We stayed in the ground floor, we couldnt see the sea. There is thermostat in the bathroom, getting hot water needs time. The rooms in the ground floor is very small. But in the upstair rooms, you can see the sea and the rooms are bigger and more comfortable.

• Clare (10/5): Modern clean and comfortable. - Top floor apartment was nicely decorated offering a comfy lounge area with a big TV and a large solid kitchen table for working. Full size fridge and well stocked kitchen that we used a fair bit. Also, made good use of the washing machine and balcony drying space, mint! Be forewarned that the top floor must accommodate the sloping roof, so head room around the bed and toilet can be a bit tight. It was definitely manageable, but did result in at least one good bump when trying to find the toilet at night!
• Paula (5/5): Great location, modern apartment. Could be more well prepared. - The location is excellent. If most of your activities are in Porto Montenegro, it’s very walkable or a quick ride there. Getting taxis was a little difficult, but we managed. If you visit in the summer, prepare for it to be boiling hot outside though. The house wasn’t fully cleaned when we came (oven and fridge were filthy). It was a bit difficult to get basic household supplies replenished (like extra toilet paper—they only gave us one roll). The shower had horrible plumbing issues…it would flood after only a few seconds and take forever to drain. There would also be bugs and other debris on the floor of the shower when it flooded. The floors weren’t very clean either.

• Janosevic (10/5): Perfect accommodation. The host is great. And in accommodation you have more than you need. - everything was perfect from day 1 to the last day. The host was great and the accommodation was fantastic. It has everything to make you feel at home. Hygiene at the executive level.

• Roman (7/5): Still nice tho - Overall nice building and flat, private parking is nice to have too. Location is good, close to everything, as ppl mentioned before you need to go up the hill, but that distance is really short so not a big deal. I had a feeling that owners don't really care. All that below can be easily fixed (for free or almost) and communicated You arrive there and realize the address is not right. You can't send a message on booking there's a phone number but you can't call it because your tourist sim card has only data on it. We should have called on what's app but how was I suppose to know what messenger they use. Then you try to find the right building by looking around what looks like the one on the picture. On google maps it has different name. It's thaaaaat one over there. then google shows you to get there from the wrong street. Anyway, I got there and asked ppl around to call that number. After 15 minutes (it was busy) the guy on the phone says we need to wait one hour because I didn't say when exactly I will arrive ( no one asked ) Then we checking in, lady giving me a key (just cleaned but with her street shoes on) and says it cash only (could you say before?) Flat was nice but there was no duvet cover left and no soup to wash your hands. In the bathroom, they don't know how to clean up limescale. Heater has one wheel missing, wifi almost not working(I was told password but It's not written anywhere). Then was a problem with the drain, I called the guy, he was nice and happy to fix it but he didn't have a second key so we had to be home (all fixed) Parking is nice but there's always someone who'd block you in the morning. Not awners problem but good to know.

Furniture are quite ok Some places were not clean , especially inside of the toilet , kettle, inside of the spoon drawer, toilet siphon button. Also shower drain clogged and the water wasn't going through the drain. If owner can fix these things , house is perfect .
